Provisional winner has been updated...this was always going to be the case when entering everyone in the major draw, regardless of whether they had
bought the product, then making the winner conditional on buying the product. They could have easily asked for a receipt number and only entered those
people in the major draw. Hopefully they have learnt something from this.
Gives me some faith that they are checking properly.
