Promotion and Entry
These are the terms and conditions for the Romeo Retail Group’s promotion “WIN MUM A LUXURY LOST RETREAT WEEKEND” (Promotion).
Entry is open to residents of South Australia over the age of 18. The following cannot take part in the Promotion: Directors and employees of the
Romeo Retail Group companies.
To be eligible to enter the Promotion you must make an Eligible Purchase of any two nominated products (Lindt Chocolate) from any participating Romeo
Retail Group Foodland store in South Australia (Romeo Stores). Being you buy at least two (2) of the Nominated Products in one purchase over $30.00
worth of goods (including GST (if any). But excluding tobacco and alcohol products, gift cards and Epay) which will be identified at participating
Romeo Stores or, in advertising materials.
On making an Eligible Purchase customers will receive a receipt with a unique receipt number. To enter the Promotion, you must:
take your receipt and visit Romeo Retail Group’s Promotion website at www.romeosretailgroup.com.au (Promotion Website);
read the terms of the Promotion on the Promotion Website (being these terms); and
complete the online entry form on the Promotion Website (including your name, email address, phone number, store of purchase and unique receipt
number).
You may enter the Promotion each time you make an Eligible Purchase.
The Promotion commences on 10 April 2024 and closes on 7 May 2024.
Draw and Prize
One (1) winner (The Winner) will be drawn on Thursday 9 May at 1.00pm (CST) at the Romeo Retail Group’s head office, 71-79 O’Connell Street, North
Adelaide 5006.
The Winner will receive an Ultimate Lost Retreat Voucher to the value of $750 (Prize), which can be used at any of the participating Lost Retreat
Locations of The Winners choosing
Each valid entry into the Promotion will give the participant an equal chance of winning a Prize.
The Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
To be eligible for the Prize you must lodge your online entry by 6.00pm (EST) on Wednesday 8 May 2024.
Notification of Winners
The Winner will be contacted by telephone and notified in writing by email within seven (7) days of the date of the draw.
The Winner of the Prize in the Promotion along with their suburb and postcode will be published on the Romeo Retail Group website – https://romeosretailgroup.com.au/competitions/ for a minimum of three (3) weeks from 9 May 2024.
The Winner (if any) may collect their Prize from the Romeo Retail Group head office, 71-79 O’Connell Street, North Adelaide 5006. The Winner will have
been drawn or at such other time as notified by the Romeo Retail Group.
The Romeo Retail Group asks that the Winner collect their Prize within thirty (30) days of being notified of the Prize being available.
The Romeo Retail Group will publish relevant information if a Winner cannot be contacted and unclaimed Prizes will be dealt with as follows:
an additional draw from the pool of valid entries into the Promotion will be conducted on Thursday 23rd of May 2024 at 1:00pm (CST) at the Romeo
Retail Group’s head office, 71-79 O’Connell Street, North Adelaide 5006;
additional winners will be drawn until the unclaimed Prize has been allocated accordingly;
any additional winner will be contacted by telephone and notified in writing by mail within seven (7) days of the date of the draw for unclaimed
Prize; and
the relevant details of the additional winner drawn for the unclaimed Prize in the Promotion and the suburb and postcode of each the final winner will
be published on the Romeo Retail Group website – https://romeosretailgroup.com.au/competitions/ for a minimum of three (3) weeks from 23 May 2024.
