Conditions of Entry
Introduction
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. By entering the prize draw in accordance with paragraph 5 below, you
agree to participate in the Sushi Izu x SunRice Prize Draw (Promotion) and you are deemed to have accepted these Conditions of Entry.
The Promoter is Advanced Fresh Concepts Pty Ltd ACN 605 455 936 of Unit 15, 92/100 Belmore, Riverwood New South Wales 2210, (02) 9667 5800 (Promoter).
Promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on Monday 25th March 2024 and will close at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 5th May 2024 (Promotion Entry Period).
Entry is only open to Australian residents, aged 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or
companies associated with the Promoter or the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter (Eligible Entrant).
How to participate
To enter, an eligible entrant must, within the Promotion Entry Period:
Purchase any specially marked packs of Sushi Izu products.
Scan QR Code displayed in store and on packs.
Provide details through the landing page to enter.
Provide consent to enter draw and receive future correspondence from the Promoter.
(Entry Requirements).
On meeting the Entry Requirements, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the prize draw.
You consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with paragraph 24 of these Conditions of Entry.
Records of the Promoter as to the entries submitted are final and conclusive.
Prize Draw and Prize
All valid entries will be placed in a prize draw to be held at Unit 15, 92/100 Belmore, Riverwood New South Wales 2210. The prize draw will take place
at 12:00pm on Thursday 12th May 2024.
Eight valid entries will be drawn to win either a Major, Second Major Prize, or Minor Prize:
Major Prize will be awarded to eight valid entries:
Eight entries will receive a Nintendo Switch Console Neon valued at $469.00
Prizes will be awarded to two entries per region (NSW/ACT, VIC, QLD, WA/SA/NT)
Second Major Prize is awarded to eight valid entries:
Eight Entries will receive a 60cm Summit Mountain Bike valued at $159.00
Prizes will be awarded to two entries per region (NSW/ACT, VIC, QLD, WA/SA/NT).
The Minor Prize will be given to thirty valid entries:
Fifteen entries will receive a $100.00 Rebel Sport Gift Card.
Fifteen entries will receive a $100.00 Rebel Sport Gift Card.
The total prize pool is valued at $8,024.00.
The value of the Prize has been determined based on the recommended retail price(s) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility
for any variation in the value of the Prize after that date. The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains
the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value (including where the Prize is unavailable), subject to approval of the gaming
authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
If for any reason the winner does not take the Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner.
If the Promoter determines, in its absolute discretion, that the winner is not in the necessary condition to safely participate in the Prize, the
Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award to the winner any part of the Prize.
The winners will be notified in writing by email within two (2) business days of the prize draw after the initial prize draw for a period of at least
28 days. The Prize must be claimed within two weeks of the prize draw.
The Promoter may conduct such further prize draws at Unit 15, 92/100 Belmore, Riverwood New South Wales 2210 as are necessary on 23rd May 2024 if the
Prize is unclaimed. The winner of any unclaimed prize will be notified in writing by email within two (2) days after the secondary prize draw for a
period of at least 28 days.
Claiming the prize
In order to claim the Prize, the winner must provide their name, address, phone number and proof of purchase through a receipt.
Prizes will be shipped to the winner’s address. The Promotor takes no responsibility for damage or loss during the delivery of the prize to the
winner.
Miscellaneous
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute. The Prize must be taken as offered
and cannot be varied.
The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process,
or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the
Promotion including the Prize and these Conditions of Entry, subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss)
which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using the Prize except for any liability which cannot be
excluded by law.
If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from
complying with these Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the
Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you
do not provide the mandatory personal information requested, then you will not be able to take part in the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, each
entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion, announce the winner and disclose the
entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion and announcing the winner, and to third
parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this Promotion). The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the
Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and by entering the Promotion, the entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter’s privacy policy (which is available on
request). By entering this Promotion, each entrant also consents to the Promoter using their personal information for future marketing purposes, if
consented to by the entrant. An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.
