of the PETstock Rewards Program (and, consequently, participation in this competition) is subject to the terms and conditions which apply to the

Who can't enter?
Directors, officers, management, and employees (and their immediate family members) of:
(a) the Promoter; and

Entry Instructions
To enter the Competition, you must, during the Competition Period:
(a) make a Qualifying Purchase from an Outlet and, at the time of purchase, have your PETstock Rewards card scanned or provide your PETstock Rewards
account details to the cashier; OR
(b) visit the PETstock Website, log into your PETstock online account and make a Qualifying Purchase, to automatically receive one entry per
Qualifying Purchase.
Entries will be recorded via the PETstock Rewards database and are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the PETstock Rewards database.
Entries do not rollover to remaining weeks if entrants are not drawn.
How many winners will there be and will they be chosen
This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in the determination of the winners.
There will be 13 (Thirteen) winners determined in respect of this Competition.
There will be 13 draws conducted, 1 drawn every Tuesday from the 07/05/24 to the 30/07/24.
The draws will be held at 2pm (AEST) at Farrimond Ltd, Level 1, 5 Eglon Street, Parnell, Auckland, New Zealand as follows:
Draw Dates: Every week, beginning 07/05/2024 -and ending 30/07/2024.
Draw Period: For entries received across each PETstock Outlet and Website purchases across the entire Competition Period. 1 winner drawn each week on
a Tuesday, within the Draw Dates period.
Number of Draws: 13
Every Draw Date, the first valid entry drawn randomly via computerised automated generator from the entries received from Outlets and the Website,
will win a prize. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed
invalid, or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).
What can I win
There are 13 prizes to be won.
Each prize is valued at AUD $2,000 (incl GST) and consists of:
2x AUD $500.00 Visa Physical Gift Cards; and
1x AUD $1,000 PETstock Physical Gift Card.
There is a limit of one prize per person (except for SA residents).
Total Prize Pool
The total prize pool is valued at up to AUD $26,000 (incl GST)
How many times can I enter
Multiple entries are permitted. An entrant can gain multiple entries:
for every Qualifying Purchase made in a single transaction; or
for every Qualifying Purchase made across multiple transactions.
Entries will be recorded via the PETstock Rewards database, and you will automatically receive one entry per Qualifying Purchase. Each entry must be
submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
How and when will the winner/s be informed?
Winners will be notified in writing by email (prizes@farrimond.co.nz) within two business days of determination.
Winners will also have their name and region of residence published on the website on 31/07/2024 for a period of 28 days.
In order to claim their prize, a winner must reply via email by 30/08/24 accepting the prize and providing details of a signature required delivery
address & a mobile number.
Required Verification/ Proof of Purchase
If requested by the Promoter, you must produce, within the time requested by the Promoter at its absolute discretion, appropriate photo identification
or other documentation required by the Promoter to verify your identity, age, eligibility to participate in the competition and claim a prize (if
won), including compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
If the items required by the Promoter are not received or an entrant has not been verified to the satisfaction of the Promoter within the time period
required by the Promoter, the relevant entry/ies will be deemed invalid.
Entrants can only enter this competition using their own PETstock Rewards membership. Entrants who enter using multiple aliases will be disqualified.
A prize will only be awarded following all validation and verification requirements of the Promoter being met to its satisfaction.
Prize Terms
As per conditions of entry. Prizes are not transferable & cannot be converted to cash.
PETstock Gift Cards are subject to the issuer’s terms available at: https://www.petstock.com.au/pages/gift-cards and can only be used in store at PETstock stores only. PETstock Gift Cards are not subject to an
expiry date and are valid until the balance has been expended. The PETstock Gift Card should be treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost,
stolen or destroyed. The PETstock Gift Cards will be sent directly from PETstock to the address (Signature required) advised by the winner.
The Visa Gift Cards will be subject to the issuer’s terms available at: https://giftcardstore.com.au/terms/. The Visa Gift Cards will be sent directly from the giftcardstore to the address (Signature required) advised
by the winner.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the PETstock Gift Card or VISA Gift Cards are not included.
The Promoter will not be responsible for any lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete delivery addresses advised by the winners.
Unclaimed prize/s
Prize claim date: 5pm (AEST) on 30/08/2024.
Unclaimed prize determination: 2pm (AEST) on 31/08/2024 at the same location as the original draws.
If a prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact a
winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will
re-award the relevant prize/s to Reserve Entrant/s and/or carry out an unclaimed prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly
distribute the prize/s. Any winners will be notified in writing by email within two business days of determination and will have their name and region
of residence published on the website on 01/09/2024.
Collection and use of your personal information
If you are a winner, you must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any
compensation. You consent to the Promoter using your name and image in any promotional or advertising activity.
When an entrant becomes a PETstock Rewards member, the Personal Information provided by the entrant will be entered into a database and used by
PETstock, PETstock’s related entities and agencies engaged by PETstock, for PETstock’s current and future promotional and marketing purposes. See https://www.petstock.com.au/help/privacy-policy. Should an entrant's Personal Information change, it is the entrant’s responsibility to update the
details in their PETstock Rewards membership by following the links at www.petstock.com.au/sign-in.
All information entrants provide (“Personal Information”) will be used for the purpose of administering this competition and awarding the prizes, and
PETstock will disclose entrants' Personal Information to the Promoter. If the Promoter is unable to contact an entrant due to incorrect Personal
Information in their PETstock Rewards membership, the entry(s) submitted by the entrant will be deemed invalid.
Promoter will then disclose the data (Full Name, Email address & Phone Number) to Farrimond Ltd to assist in conducting this competition draw,
communicating with you, storing data or to hold and use for purposes of awarding the prizes & distributing the prizes as required.
PETstock and the Promoter and its related entities and agencies are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988
(Cth).

Entry
2 Your entry must be received during the Competition Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter. If you return a
Qualifying Purchase your entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion (unless the product is defective). The Promoter is not liable for
any problems with communications networks. You are responsible for your own costs associated with entering. If you enter using automatically generated
entries or multiple phone numbers/email addresses/addresses/aliases, you may be disqualified.
Prizes
3 Prize and all elements of prize must be taken as and when offered or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable. Prize/s
are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter, including validity periods. Gift Card terms,

4 The Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between you and any person with whom you choose to, or choose not to, share the prize.
General
5 Any failure by you to comply with the conditions imposed by the prize supplier(s) may result in the prize being cancelled or withdrawn without
liability for the Promoter or the prize supplier(s).
6 If you or your entry are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions, your entry (or at the Promoter's discretion, all of your
entries) may be discarded. The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter's satisfaction the
validity of your entries (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence and place of employment). Failure by the
Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.
7 You must not:
(a) tamper with the entry process;
(b) engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition;
(c) act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;
(d) do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies
associated with this competition;
(e) breach any law; or
(f) behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.
8 The Promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or
incorrectly submitted.
9 If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will take reasonable
steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time.
In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this competition is final.
10 Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and
elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement. The prize values are correct as at the date of
preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value. You agree that if
a prize (or element of a prize) is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary
approval by the relevant gaming authorities. Where it is practical for it to do so, the Promoter will notify you of such changes.
11 By entering, you request that your full address not be published.
12 If this competition cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, for example due to software, hardware or communications
issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the competition or
disqualify affected entries/entrants, subject to any necessary approval by the relevant gaming authorities.
13 The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from you winning a prize. You should seek independent financial advice.
Liability
14 Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable (including in
negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury (including
allergies, skin conditions or other reactions, as relevant), illness or death suffered in connection with this competition or any prize, except for
any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).
15 Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable for any loss
of, damage to or delay in delivery of prize/s, or for any damage that occurs to displayed prize/s (where relevant). Unless otherwise specified,
prize/s will only be delivered to addresses in Australia.
16 By entering this Competition, you acknowledge that this competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any
social media platform, including Meta Instagram and Twitter. You provide your information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform. You
completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability.

Was keen to enter until I had a look at the prices. If I’ve done this correctly, the cost based on a cat for 36 85 g pouches is around $110 dollars (
1 variety has a special offer for min. 36)
