during the Promotional Period.
Please retain your receipt and enter from competition start date 06/06/2024.
Entries close 30/08/2024.
Terms and Conditions:
To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any Voltaren Emulgel, Voltaren Osteo Gel 12 hourly, VoltaNatra Pain Relief Cream from any of the
listed Participating Stores in Australia during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). A “Participating Store” is any of the following
stores that also stocks and sells Eligible Products and displays advertising for this promotion:
– Drakes;
– IGA (including Supa IGA, Express, Ritchie’s and Romeo’s);
– Foodworks;
– Foodland; and
– Participating Metcash Independent Retailers.
To enter, individuals must visit online and follow the prompts to the promotion page, input the requested details and upload a copy of the Qualifying
Transaction receipt and submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotion Period.
Where Multiple Entries permitted:
Multiple Entries permitted, subject to (a) one (1) entry per qualifying transaction, regardless of the number of product purchased in a qualifying
transaction. (b) each entry must be submitted separately. (c) a maximum of one (1) entry per person per day is permitted.
Information on how to enter and the prizes(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering this competition participants signify that they
have read and agree to the competition terms and conditions contained herein.
2.1 This competition will open 06/06/2024 and will close 30/08/2024 (“Promotional Period”)
2.2 The winners of this competition will be drawn at random on 3/09/2024 “(Draw Date”) at Anisimoff Legal, 3 Amy Close, Wyong NSW 2259 at 2pm AEST.
2.3 The winners of this competition will be published on the 6th of September, 2024.
Prize Details
3.1 Participants are only eligible for one (1) prize per person. There are restriction(s) as to how many times a participant may enter this
competition.
3.2 A total of 150 prizes is available to be won. Total prize pool value.
3.3 Prize consists of Rebel Sport eGift Card valued at $200.00. Prizes may differ in size from any pictured image or visual representation.
3.4 If any Prize (or part of any Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (ort that part of
the Prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
3.5 Prize or any unused portion of the Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No alternative prizes or cash monies will be made available to
the successful participant.
Winner Notification
4.1 The successful participant will be contacted via their provided email address or contact information within 5 business days from the draw.
4.2 The Promoter will make all reasonable attempts to contact each successful participant.
4.3 If the Promoter is unable to contact the successful participant following a 4 week period after the Draw Date, that participant will be deemed to
have waived its rights and entitlement to its draw prize and the Promoter reserves its right to re-draw and allocate a new winner. A draw for any
prizes that are won but are not claimed may take place on 04/10/24 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a
regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw and the names of any ACT residents will be
published on 8/10/24.
Eligibility
5.1 Australian residents aged 18 or above are eligible to enter this competition (Eligible Participants).
5.2 Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers, and associated agencies of or related companies or persons
associated with this competition are ineligible and prohibited from entering this competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse,
ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt,
niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother or step-sister.
Privacy
6.1 The Promoter may collect, handle, and use personal information (PI) in order to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose only, disclose
such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian
regulatory authorities.
6.2 If the entrant opts in to receive marketing materials, the Promoter may collect, handle, and use personal information (PI) and may, for this
purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and, as required, to Australian
regulatory authorities.
6.3 If the entrant opts in to receive marketing materials, in addition to any use of PI that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the
Promoter may, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending
electronic messages or telephoning participants.

6.5 Participants may be contacted by the Promoter to request their consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event
they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this
competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. For clarity, the
Participant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice will not be used by the Promoter without the consent of the Participant.
General
7.1 Successful participants will be announced via the promotion website, within 5 business days of the Draw Date.
7.2 Entrants are required to keep proof of purchase specified in ‘How to Enter’ above for each entry. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all
entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of the entry and forfeit of any right to the prize.
7.3 If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the
reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the promoter reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify an entrant or (b) subject to any written directions from the
regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion as appropriate.
7.4 All winners who are ACT residents will be notified by email within seven (7) business days of the draw and their name will be published on
6/09/24.
7.5 Nothing in these terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as
provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the
States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the
Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for
any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct indirect, special or consequential, arising in any out of
the promotion.
7.6 Trade marks are owned by or licensed to the GSK Group of Companies.
Promotor Rights and Details
8.1 The Promoter will not be held responsible for any technical failures, systems errors or otherwise including any failure that is within the control
of the Promoter or its agencies.
8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to extend, withdraw, alter or suspend this draw for legal or technical reasons without any liability. Any such
alterations will be posted on its website as soon as reasonably possible.
8.3 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of
residence) and reserves its right to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions,
tampered with the entry process, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the
competition.
8.4 Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not
constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
8.5 The Promoter reserves its right to unilaterally vary these terms and conditions without providing notice to participants. The Promoter’s decision
is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
