How to Enter:
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
Purchase a specially marked Dilmah Premium Quality Tea Bags 100 Pack or a Dilmah Extra Strength Tea Bags 100 Pack from any stores displaying
promotional material (including online) ("Participating Venues"); and
Complete one of the following:
Send an SMS to the standard mobile number, 0483 966 200, containing their personal details (first name, last name and email address) and proof of
purchase (serial number found by scratching the marked area on the specially marked pack); in that order with a space between each item;
Visit www.winaluxurytriptosrilanka.com.au, follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their
personal details (first name, last name, email address and mobile number) and proof of purchase (serial number found by scratching the marked area on
the specially marked pack); or
Call the Dilmah Customer Service Hotline on 1800 333 663 and provide their personal details (first name, last name, email address and mobile number)
and proof of purchase (serial number found by scratching the marked area on the specially marked pack).
Proof of purchase: The entrant must retain proof of purchase. The proof of purchase required is the serial number found by scratching the marked area
on the specially marked pack.
The entrant must fill out the online entry form for every online entry.
Entries permitted: Entrants may enter multiple times provided each entry is submitted separately in accordance with the entry instructions above. The
entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) prize (excludes SA residents). By completing the entry method, the entrant will receive one (1) entry.
Total Prize Pool: Up to AUD $130,000.00
Prize Conditions:
Major Prize:
Travel itinerary will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
The winner and his/her travel companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together.
During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize providers(s), if for any reason the winner does not, once the prize has been booked,
take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated, then the prize (or that part of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be
redeemable for cash.
The winner may choose the dates of travel from 01/10/24 to 19/12/25 excluding blackout periods where reservations will not be accommodated: 20/12/24 –
30/04/25, 01/08/25 – 30/08/25.
The prize is subject to booking and flight availability.
Frequent flyer points will not be awarded and do not form part of the prize.
The winner and his/her travel companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel
documentation.
Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point,
transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs, unless otherwise specified in the prize description, are not
included.
The winner may be required to present their credit card at check in.
The prize requires the winner to contact the Promoter in order to book travel during the available travel dates by June 30th 2025.
Minor Prize:
This prize is for or relates to a High Tea Experience and only in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide and Brisbane.
Any cost associated with attending the High Tea Experience in the locations listed will be the responsibility of the winner and their friend. If the
winner and their friend are not willing or unable to attend the High Tea Experience, the Promoter will award a $200 gift card to redeem online at https://shop.dilmahtea.com.au/ as a replacement prize. The gift card is valid until 31/12/25.
Winner notification:
The winners of the Major Prize will be notified by email and phone within seven (7) days of the draw.
The winners of the Minor Prize will be notified by email within one (1) day of the draw.
All winners will be published at www.dilmah.com.au/win and on Dilmah Australia’s social media accounts within seven (7) days of the draw.
Unclaimed Prizes:
All prizes must be claimed within two (2) months of the draw date by 1:00 pm AEST/AEDT as applicable in Melbourne). In the event of an unclaimed
prize, the prize will be redrawn on two (2) months and one (1) day after the draw date at 12:00 pm AEST/AEDT as applicable in Melbourne, at Plexus,
Level 4, 411 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. For further clarity, please see the table below: |

Draws: The draws will take place at Plexus, Level 4, 411 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 at 12:00 pm AEST on 21/06/24, 28/06/24, 05/07/24,
19/07/24, 26/07/24, 02/08/24, 09/08/24, 16/08/24 and 13/09/24 by computerised random selection.
Entries for each draw close at 11:59am AEST the day before the draw date.
