Compers meet up
Hi all - I am originally from the UK and know lots of groups of people there do comping meet ups?
I am based in Sydney and open to meeting a group for coffee etc if this would be of interest to anyone? Also good to get more tips from others! |

I do believe lottos yearly meet ups ceased around covid times apart from some members casual meet ups here and there.
I am definitely open to attending any if it becomes a thing again to meet and greet members.

I'm not from Sydney (or anywhere near it for that matter!), but, like firstinline, I'd love to once again be able to attend a meet up. I think the
last one I went to was in Adelaide, and, before that, on the Gold Coast.
Is anyone from Far North Queensland, who would like to have a bit of a get-together in Cairns? |

I’m afraid all I’d do is whinge about not winning anymore and how comping has gone to the dogs
Meet ups back in the day used to be so much fun, and the form swapping! Can’t remember the last time I saw a form.
I hope you can get something happening with those that are interested |

Back in 2007 I won a holiday in Cairns and had a meet up there, still several people I meet around.
I'm north of Brisbane now at beautiful Bribie Island but sadly don't/can't drive far these days.
Do miss the old meet ups, didn't make it to Adelaide sadly as I've never been there but the National meet was the same weekend as the AFL grand final
& all costs were sky high.

I used to travel to Sydney for the annual meets. Would again if I can.
NEWCASTLE AND THE HUNTER: Anyone for coffee or lunch in the Hunter. Honeysuckle along the river has of good places. West Leagues is good too. Prob
need somewhere central when we know who is coming.
