12.01am (AEST) on 26/06/2024 to 11.59pm (AEST) on 04/08/2024.
Who can enter?
Only Australian residents who are; aged 18 or over; and
can take the major prize in August 2024 (exact dates to be confirmed by the Promoter).
Who can't enter?
Directors, officers, management, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of:
the Promoter; and the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this competition.
Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent,
step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Where will the competition run?
The competition will run in participating Woolworths supermarkets, Woolworths Metro stores or MILKRUN stores (including online at www.woolworths.com.au and www.milkrun.com) in Australia (Stores).
Woolworths supermarkets excludes Everyday Market by Woolworths stores.
Qualifying Purchase
Any product from the following ranges:

Entry instructions
You must, during the Competition Period:
make a Qualifying Purchase from a Store and collect your itemised purchase receipt;
visit the Website, locate the entry page and fill out and submit the online entry form, including by uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase
receipt and providing all other requested information; and
then flip over 3 digital game cards (on screen) and if all 3 game cards are matching you will provisionally win an instant win prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, the outcome of the game on screen is pre determined and based on chance.
Once you have completed the game, whether you win an instant prize or not, you will receive 1 entry into the major prize draw.
Your purchase receipt must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the product/s purchased (which must be/comprise a Qualifying
Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period before you submitted your entry).
The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry, including having the
requisite photograph capability.
How many winners will there be and how will they be chosen?
There will be up to 1,001 winners determined in respect of this competition – 1,000 instant prize winners and 1 major prize winner.
Instant Win:
There will be up to 1,000 instant win prizes awarded during the Competition Period.
The instant win prizes will be awarded based on pre-determined times selected by a computerised random system at Immediate, 111/87
Gladstone Street, South Melbourne, VIC 3025 (Immediate)
The first valid entry received on or after a pre-determined time will win.
Major Prize:
There will be 1 major prize winner determined in respect of this competition.
There will be 1 major draw conducted.
The draw will be held at 12pm (AEST) on 05/08/2024 at 111/87 Gladstone Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205.
The first valid entry drawn randomly from the entries received during the Competition Period (including any instant win prize winning entries) will
win the major prize.
Due to the major prize being time sensitive and in an effort to ensure the prize is awarded and fulfilled for the relevant dates in August, the
Promoter will draw additional reserve entries in the major draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or the
major prize is not claimed in the timeframe specified (Reserve Entrants).
What can I win?
There are up to 1,001 prizes available; 1,000 instant win prizes and 1 major prize.
Instant Win
Each instant win prize is $100 Visa e-gift card. Prize is awarded via email where winner can follow the instructions to redeem on mobile or desktop.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Visa gift card are not included. Redemption of the Visa gift card is subject to the terms and
conditions associated with the Visa gift card located at https://incentivesgiftcard.com.au/terms-conditions.
Major Prize:
The major prize is an Exclusive Australian Olympic Team Qantas Welcome Home Event valued at up to $8,000 (depending on the winner's point of
departure/place of residence) and comprises a trip for you and 3 companions to Sydney, NSW which includes the following: return economy airfares
(including airfare taxes) from your nearest Australian capital city to Sydney NSW and return transfers between Sydney airport and the accommodation
(flights and transfers are not included if you live in NSW, however transfers from your place of residence to the accommodation will be offered up to
the value of $1,000);
2 nights accommodation in a minimum 4 star hotel in Sydney (2 twin rooms or similar) as determined by the Promoter, including breakfast;
An exclusive Australian Olympic Team Qantas Welcome home event at Sydney airport (Hanger 96) in August 2024 (exact dates to be confirmed); and
$1,000 spending money for the winner only awarded via EFT into the winner's nominated bank account.
For the avoidance of doubt, Welcome Home Event is likely to occur between 12th to 14th of August 2024 but the winner will be notified as soon as
possible by the Promoter of the exact event date and corresponding travel travel dates in August.
The major prize is subject to any applicable law or guidelines including in relation to a pandemic, any travel/government restrictions/directives,
border closures, health advice and the like.
By accepting or participating in the major prize, your companions accept these Terms and Conditions.
Total prize pool
The instant win prize pool is up to $100,000.
The major prize pool is up to $8,000.
The overall total prize pool is up to $108,000.
How many times can I enter?
You can only enter a maximum of 4 times per household (based on residential address) for the duration of the Competition Period. Limit 1 entry per
separate Qualifying Purchase receipt.
Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
How and when will the winners be informed?
Instant Win
Instant win prize winners will be notified on screen, at the time of entering, and will also receive an email confirming they have provisionally won a
prize with details on how to verify their entry and claim the prize.
Major prize
Winner will be notified:
by phone; and
in writing (by email)
within 1 business day of determination and must claim the prize by 12pm (AEST) 07/08/2024.
Winner will have their name and state/territory of residence/postcode published on the Website on 07/08/2024 for a period of 28 days.
All winners will be subject to validation.
Allow 28 days for validation for instant win prizes.
Proof of purchase
You must keep the following as proof of purchase for all entries:
original itemised purchase receipt(s).
If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any
right to a prize.
Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry.
If, in the Promoter's opinion, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to
a prize.
Unclaimed prize/s
Major prize claim date: 12pm (AEST) 07/08/2024.
If the major prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't
contact the major prize winner (or the winner does not contact the Promoter) by the major prize claim date above, the relevant entry will be discarded
and rendered invalid and the Promoter will award the major prize to the first drawn Reserve Entrant, and the process set out below for claiming the
major prize will be followed.
Process for claiming the major prize if you are a Reserve Entrant
If the major prize is awarded to the first drawn Reserve Entrant, that person will be notified by phone and email immediately and such notification
will specify a new timeframe (24 hours) for which they must claim and accept the major prize. If the first drawn Reserve Entrant does not accept the
major prize (or the first drawn Reserve Entrant cannot be contacted by the Promoter in the timeframe required by the Promoter), the Promoter will
discard that entrant and render them invalid and will then award the major prize to the second Reserve Entrant, who will be notified and given a new
timeframe to claim the prize. This process will continue until the major prize is accepted and claimed or until 5pm AEST 10/08/2024 (which ever occurs
first).
If there is a major prize winner after this process, their name and state/territory of residence/postcode published on the Website on 13/08/2024 for a
period of 28 days.
Due to the major prize being time sensitive, if there is not a major prize winner after this process (i.e. by 5pm AEST 10/08/2024), the Promoter will
not award the major prize and instead conduct an unclaimed major prize draw to distribute a substitute major prize, as set out below.
Substitute Major Prize: $8,000 AUD awarded to the winner's nominated Australian bank account.
Unclaimed major prize determination to award the Substitute Major Prize: 12pm AEST 12/08/2024 at Immediate.
If the major prize has not been accepted or claimed by 5pm AEST 10/08/2024 or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact the
major prize winner (or the major prize winner does not contact the Promoter) by 5pm AEST 10/08/2024 (if applicable), the relevant entries will be
discarded and rendered invalid, and the Promoter will carry out an unclaimed major prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly
distribute the Substitute Major Prize. Any winner of the Substitute Major Prize will be informed by phone and in writing (by email) within two
business days of determination and will also have their name and state/territory of residence/postcode published on the Website on 15/08/2024 for a
period of 28 days.
For clarity, the entries drawn from the original major draw (at 12pm (AEST) on 05/08/2024) as the major prize winner and any Reserve Entrants will not
be included in the unclaimed major prize determination and therefore are not eligible to win the Substitute Major Prize.
Instant Win prize claim date: 5pm AEST 05/09/2024.
Instant Win unclaimed prize determination: 12pm AEST 06/09/2024 at Immediate.
If an instant win prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't
contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter
will carry out an unclaimed prize draw at the date, time and place stated above. Any instant win prize winner will be informed in writing (by email)
within 10 business days of determination and will also have their name and state/territory of residence/postcode published on the Website on
10/09/2024.
If any prize remains un-won at the end of this competition, or if a prize winner cannot be found, that information will be published on the Website on
28/09/2024.
Collection and use of your personal information
If you are a major prize winner, you must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any
compensation. You consent to the Promoter using your name and image in any promotional or advertising activity.
The Promoter may collect your/your companion/s' personal information directly or through the Promoter's agents or contractors. The Promoter will use
your/your companion/s' personal information to conduct and manage the competition. The Promoter may disclose your/your companions' personal
information to the Promoter's related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this competition, communicating with you/your
companions or storing data. This may include disclosures to organisations outside Australia including in places such as New Zealand, Switzerland,
Singapore, United Kingdom and the United States of America.
If you elect to opt in to receive marketing materials from the Promoter by ticking the relevant box on the online entry form, you consent to the
Promoter keeping your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging
provided that where required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Promoter includes a functional unsubscribe facility in each direct marketing
communication it sends you that you may use to opt-out of any further such communications and provided that the functional unsubscribe facility
complies with the Spam Regulations 2021 (Cth). By entering, you consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional
unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct of this competition.

the relevant box on the online entry form, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the personal information for
promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. The claimant
will be able to opt out at any time.
