I just got this email for my first win. I have no idea why, it was a participating product and store. I have asked them to clarify, guess I'll be

Becoming far too common lately
A friend (not in the same suburb, not visiting and using my computer etc etc and who lives alone) entered and lost 3 times, tried to do their 4th
entry and said on screen they had exceeded the entry limit
She also has had no reply asking why it is not allowing her to enter 4 times as per the t&c
 |

Try to reply with the receipt again sometimes is just a computer generated checking the receipt and not actually a human .

I had a win last week and received an email with an activation code, however, I was suppose to get another email from the card site
Didnt get one, that I can find. Can anyone tell me who the email is from once you have put in the code from Cadbury

hmmm no other email here. The email with the activation code has a link to where you enter it. Did that and already spent it.... |

Yes I did that but nothing happened so left the site and was unable to get back in as the code had already been redeemed. Cadbury are telling me that
"once you activate your card, you will receive an email from MyPrepaidCentre which will have your login link"
This is email I cannot locate and was wondering if it is from MyPrepaidCentre or someone else |

Hi, I had already activated my card and had it in my phone wallet when I later noticed an email from MyPrepaidCentre, but it was irrelevant to me as
my card was already set up.
There is a contact us number on my card - 1800 778 619 - maybe they can help you retrieve your card by sending another link to your phone. Good luck
