Prizes include a chance to win $1000 daily, one of two arcade units weekly, and a MAJOR prize of a trip to Japan for four people.
To enter, you must: during the Purchase Period, make a Qualifying Purchase from a Store and collect your itemised purchase receipt; and then, during
the Entry Period, either scan the QR code on marketing materials and/or in-store POS materials with your smartphone to visit the Website or directly
go to the Website, locate the entry page and fill out and submit the online entry form (Entry Form), including by uploading an image of the Qualifying
Purchase receipt, and providing all other requested information.
Your purchase receipt must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the product/s purchased (which must be/comprise a Qualifying

Who can enter? Only Australian and New Zealand residents who are aged 18 or over.
Who can't enter?
Directors, officers, management, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter; and
the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this competition.
Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent,
step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Where will the competition run? The competition will run in any stores (physical and online) which stock Oreo cookie products (Stores) in Australia
and New Zealand.
Qualifying Purchase: Any Oreo cookie product.
To enter, you must:
during the Purchase Period, make a Qualifying Purchase from a Store and collect your itemised purchase receipt; and
then, during the Entry Period, either scan the QR code on marketing materials and/or in-store POS materials with your smartphone to visit the Website
or directly go to the Website, locate the entry page and fill out and submit the online entry form (Entry Form), including by uploading an image of
the Qualifying Purchase receipt, and providing all other requested information.
Your purchase receipt must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the product/s purchased (which must be/comprise a Qualifying
Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Purchase Period before you submitted your entry).
The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry, including having the
requisite photograph capability.
How many winners will there be and how will they be chosen?
There will be up to 129 winners determined in respect of this competition across Australia and New Zealand – 100 daily winners (1 winner each day of
the Entry Period), 28 weekly winners (2 winners each week of the Entry Period) and 1 major winner.
There will be 115 draws conducted - 100 daily draws (1 per day of the Entry Period), 14 weekly draws (1 per Competition Week, see below) and 1 major
draw.
All draws will be held at KollowitzOwen, Suite 8/799 Springvale Rd, Mulgrave VIC 3170 (KollwitzOwen) as follows:
Daily draws:
There will be a total of 100 daily draws.
There will be 1 draw conducted for each day of the Entry Period from the entries received on the relevant day.
The draw for each day in the Entry Period will occur at 12pm (AEST) (which is 2pm NZST) at KollwitzOwen on the following day, so there will be 1 draw
conducted every day between 24/06/2024 – 01/10/2024.
For clarity, any Australian entries received between 10.01pm (AEST) on 22/06/2024 and 12.01am (AEST) on 23/06/2024 will be included in the daily draw
for 23/06/2024, that will take place on the 24/06/2024.
For clarity, any New Zealand entries received between 11.59pm (NZST) on 30/09/2024 and 2.59am (NZST) on 01/10/2024 will be included in the daily draw
for 30/09/2024, that will take place on the 01/10/2024.
The first valid entry drawn randomly in each daily draw from the entries received for that day (excluding previous winning entries) will win a daily
prize.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a daily draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a
prize is unclaimed (Daily Prize Reserve Entrants).
If an entry has been drawn as a daily draw winner, it will also be included in the relevant weekly prize draw and the major prize draw.
Weekly draws:
There will be a total of 14 weekly draws.
There will be a draw conducted in respect of each week, or longer period, of the Entry Period, as set out in the table below (each a Competition
Week).
The first 2 valid entries drawn randomly in each weekly draw from the entries received during the relevant Competition Week as set out in the table
below (excluding previous winning entries) will win a weekly prize.
The draw for each Competition Week will take place at 12pm (AEST) (which is 2pm NZST) at KollwitzOwen as follows in the table below.

The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a weekly draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a

Major prize draw:
There will be 1 major prize draw conducted.
The major prize draw will be held at 12pm (AEST) / which is 2pm (NZST) on 01/10/2024 at KollwitzOwen.
The first valid entry drawn randomly in the major prize draw from all the entries received during the Entry Period will win the major prize.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in the major prize draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid
or the major prize is unclaimed (Major Prize Reserve Entrants).
All valid entries received during the entire Entry Period (regardless of whether the entry has been drawn as a winning entry in a daily and/or weekly
draw) will be entered into the major prize draw.
What can I win?
There will be 129 prizes available in total – 100 daily prizes (1 prize per day of the Entry Period), 28 weekly prizes (2 weekly prizes per
Competition Week) and 1 major prize.
Daily prizes
There are 100 daily prizes available.
All daily prize values are to be considered in their local currency.
If a daily prize winner is an Australian entrant, the daily prize is a $1,000 Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard®. Upon verification, the prize
will be sent to the winners by SMS (to the mobile phone number specified on the winner's Entry Form). Winners then need to activate the card using the
Vault app – activation code will be provided in SMS. Once activated, the card can be added to the winner's phone’s digital wallet (e.g. Apple Pay,
Google Pay or Samsung Pay) and can be used for purchasing goods and services where the card is accepted for electronic transactions (excluding
transactions at ATMs or over the counter at financial institutions). The card cannot be used as a credit card and cannot be linked to any deposit
account.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard are not included. The Digital Vault Pays-enabled
Prepaid Mastercard must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of the Digital Vault Pays-enabled
Mastercard any unused balance will be forfeited. You will not receive notice prior to expiry. Card expiry and balance can be found on your mobile
device in your digital wallet. The Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard is issued by EML Payment Solutions Limited (ABN 30 131 436 532) AFSL
404131 pursuant to license by Mastercard. See www.vaultps.com.au/terms for terms and conditions. Mastercard and the circles design are registered trademarks of Mastercard International
Incorporated.
If a daily prize winner is a New Zealand entrant, the daily prize is a $1,000NZD physical Visa Card. Daily prize winners will be sent an email or SMS
(to the mobile number or email specified in the winner's Entry Form) to verify their entry and confirm their residential address for delivery of their
$1,000NZD physical Visa Card by post, issued by Prezzy Card NZ, conditions of use are located at https://www.prezzycard.co.nz.
Weekly prizes
There are 28 weekly prizes available.
Each weekly prize is an Arcade1Up Pac-Man Deluxe Edition Arcade Machine valued at $1,264AUD/$1,373.06NZD.
Delivery is included with the prize. The Arcade1Up Pac-Man Deluxe Edition Arcade Machine will arrive flatpacked and this will require assembly by the
winner. The Promoter will liaise with the winner to organise delivery arrangements. Assembly and installation is the sole responsibility of the
winner. Assembly instructions will be included inside packaging of flat packed Arcade1Up Pac-Man Deluxe Edition Arcade Machine For any further queries
or assistance, please see the Website for further details.
The Promoter excludes liability for any personal injury or death, or any loss, expense, damage, or additional costs of any kind that may occur during
delivery, assembly or installation of the Arcade1Up Pac-Man Deluxe Edition Arcade Machine, in accordance with these terms and conditions. The winner
is responsible for all other unspecified costs associated with ongoing use of the prize, for example but not limited to, utility supply connection,
servicing and insurance etc.
Major prize
There is 1 major prize available.
The major prize is a trip to Tokyo, Japan for the winner and 3 companions valued at up to $25,000AUD/$27,129.07NZD depending on the winner’s place of
residence (which determines point of departure).
See "Travel prize" section below for further prize details.
Travel prize
If you win the major prize, your prize will be a trip for you and 3 companions to Tokyo, Japan valued at up to $25,000AUD/$27,129.07NZD depending on
the winner's point of departure, which includes the following for you and each of your companions:
(a) return economy airfares (including airfare taxes) on an airline to be determined by the Promoter from your nearest Australian or New Zealand (as
applicable) major city to Tokyo, Japan and return transfers between Tokyo Narita International Airport and the accommodation;
(b) 7 nights' accommodation in a minimum 4 star hotel in Tokyo (2 double or twin rooms, subject to availability) (as determined by the Promoter); and
(c) $8,000AUD/$8,603.84NZD spending money awarded as a bank transfer to the winner to share with companions.
The major prize is subject to any applicable law or guidelines including in relation to any travel/government restrictions/directives, border
closures, health advice and the like.
The major prize winner and their companions must have a current and valid passport with at least 6 months validity period at the time of travelling.
Travel must be booked by Monday 31 March 2025 and must be taken by 31 March 2026.
By accepting or participating in any prize, your companions accept these Terms and Conditions.
Total prize pool:
The daily prize pool is $100,000AUD
The weekly prize pool is $35,392AUD
The major prize pool is up to $25,000AUD
The overall total prize pool is up to $160,392AUD.
The NZD prize values set out above are based on the exchange rates as of 23/11/2023 and are subject to change. The Promoter is not responsible for any
fluctuation in the NZD prize values set out above caused by fluctuations in the exchange rates.
How many times can I enter? You can enter twice per household per week during the Entry Period, provided you only enter once per Qualifying Purchase
and per receipt. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
How and when will the winner/s be informed? Winners will be notified by SMS & in writing by email (using the contact details provided by each
participant on their Entry Form) within 2 business days of determination and will also have their name and state/territory/region/postcode of
residence published on the Website on 03/10/2024 for a period of 28 days.
Proof of purchase
You must keep the following as proof of purchase for all entries:
original itemised purchase receipt(s).
If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any
right to a prize.
Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry.
If, in the Promoter's opinion, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to
a prize.
Unclaimed prize/s
Daily prizes if won by AU resident: For Australian entrants, there will be no unclaimed daily prizes. Daily prizes will be automatically awarded to
winners via SMS to the mobile number associated with their entry. It is an entrant's responsibility to ensure that they enter their mobile number
correctly. If they fail to enter their mobile number correctly, the prize will be withdrawn as un-awarded.
Daily prizes if won by NZ resident: For New Zealand entrants, any daily prizes won must be claimed by 7pm (NZDT) on 02/12/2024. Any daily prizes won
by an NZ resident that are not claimed by this date or that remain un-won will either be re-awarded to a Daily Prize Reserve Entrant or will be
included in the unclaimed and un-won prize determination below.
Weekly and major prize claim date: 5pm (AEDT) on 02/12/2024 (7pm NZDT on 02/12/2024).
Unclaimed and un-won prize determination: 12pm (AEDT) (2pm NZST) on 03/12/2024 at the same location as the original draw/s.
If a prize is un-won during the Entry Period or a daily, weekly or major prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if,
after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact a daily, weekly or major prize winner (or a daily, weekly or major prize winner does
not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim dateabove, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will re-award the relevant prize/s
to a Daily Prize Reserve Entrant, Weekly Prize Reserve Entrant/s or Major Prize Reserve Entrant (as applicable) and/or will carry out an unclaimed and
un-won prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the prize/s in descending order of value amongst valid entrants who
(if possible) have not already won an unclaimed or un-won prize.
Any such winners will be informed in writing by email within 5 business days of determination and will also have their name and
state/territory/region/postcode of residence published on the Website on 05/12/2024 for a period of 28 days.
If any prize remains un-won at the end of this competition, or if a prize winner cannot be found, that information will be published on the Website on
09/01/2025.
Collection and use of your personal information
If you are a winner, you may be required to take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without
any compensation. You consent to the Promoter using your name and image in any promotional or advertising activity.
The Promoter may collect your personal information directly or through its agents or contractors. The Promoter will use your personal information to
conduct and manage the competition. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to its related companies, agents and contractors to assist in

I just found specially marked packs at Woolies. It has Pac-Man on the pack in yellow and there's a QR code you scan that takes you to
pacman.oreo.com.au to play a pacman game. Then there's another part which takes you to the Japan comp.
I'm unsure if the pac man game is a seperate comp or just something extra for fun. There's a leaderboard for the pac man game but I haven't figured
out how to login and play the pac man game. |

My interpretation is that each week begins on Monday, ends on Sunday and drawn the next day... Monday. |

I would have thought so. but I did my entries on Saturday and Sunday, and when I tried to enter yesterday, it told me I had exceeded the weekly limit |

Just tried to enter (Week 2) but am getting "You have reached the weekly entry limit. Please try again next week".
Only entered in Week 1 though.... |
