Participating retailers:
A "Participating Retailer" is any IGA, Cornetts, Drakes, Farmer Jacks, Foodland, Foodworks, Fresh & Save, SPAR or Supabarn Supermarket that stocks
the Eligible Products (defined below) and displays material relating to the promotion during the Promotional Period.
To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any eligible Herbert Adam’s product from a participating retailer during the promotional period.
Individuals must then visit online entry form during the promotional period, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested
details including full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, full address including state/territory of residence, upload their receipt
and submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional period.
Participating products:
A participating product is any Herbert Adam’s product purchased from a participating retailer during the promotional period.

Terms & Conditions:
Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents.
Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to
these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor
entering this promotion.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Retailer (as defined below) and agencies associated with this promotion are
ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by
adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
A "Participating Retailer" is any IGA, Cornetts, Drakes, Farmer Jacks, Foodland, Foodworks, Fresh & Save, SPAR or Supabarn Supermarket that stocks
the Eligible Products (defined below) and displays material relating to the promotion during the Promotional Period.
Entries into the promotion open on 03/07/24 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 03/09/24 ("Promotional Period").
To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any Herbert Adam’s product ("Eligible Product") from a Participating Retailer during the
Promotional Period ("Qualifying Transaction").
To enter, individuals must then, during the Promotional Period, visit online and follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested
details (including but not limited to their full name, full mailing address, phone number, email and date of birth), upload a photo of their purchase
receipt and submit the fully completed entry form.
Entrants will be notified instantly on screen, in writing, whether they have provisionally won an instant prize. All provisional instant winners are
subject to verification. Upon verification, winners will be sent, via email, their prize. Any winners of an instant prize residing in ACT will have
their names published online, from 09/09/24.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of the number of
Eligible Products purchased in the Qualifying Transaction in excess of one (1)); (b) a maximum of three (3) entries per person per day is permitted;
and (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries
when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a
prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the Participating Retailer of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period
but prior to entry.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of
residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of
these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and
proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its
rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an
offender are reserved.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the
entrant.
There are fifty (50) instant win prizes to be won.
Instant win prizes: 50 x $100 Prezzee Smart eGift Cards.
The draw for the Major Prize (defined below) will take place at Tactics Marketing, Unit 6, 106 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale NSW 2100 on 05/09/24 at
11:00am AEST. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The
winner of the Major Prize will be notified by email and telephone within seven (7) days of the draw and their name will be published on 09/09/24.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The first valid entry drawn will win the choice of either: a) One (1) $5,000 luxury food & wine experience of the winner’s choice (subject to
booking availability); or b) $5,000 in cash, transferred into the winner’s nominated bank account ("Major Prize").
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take a prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize
will be forfeited.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the
prize) with a prize to the equal value or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Total prize pool value is $10,000.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable unless otherwise specified. |

I think there might be something wrong with this comp.
By the looks of the comp id's that come through on the winning email
I am pretty sure they have over 500 winners so far. in 5 days
Just looking at prizes, it is supposed to be 50 in 2 months, almost 2 per day …
They are looking at over 100 per day by my calculations
I have entered a few times and won on all of them.
Interesting to see how this has plays out.
Assume Monday in the office will be frantic for them

There are already 9 winners based on the lottos comments in the past 2 days. This means 41 prizes remaining for the next 2 months. I also entered a
few times and won. Surely they can't renegade on the validation of the minor prize? |

I have just received a reply saying my claim has been rejected as I bought before the promotion started. I bought on 6th July and have replied with a
copy of my receipt. Hopefully they will give me the $100. |

Twice that happened to me and so I asked them to send a copy of my receipt.
In one situation, it was a legitimate mistake, the item I bought was kind of ambiguous on the receipt and once I sent a screenshot of the product on
the shops website and the prices matched up, they honored it.
In the other they claimed they'd missed seeing it on the receipt and then honored it.
