"“TAYLORS LE CREUSET” PROMOTION" PROMOTION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Stores (defined below) and agencies associated with this promotion are
ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by
adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4. Entries into the promotion open on 01/07/2024 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 31/08/2024 (“Promotional Period”).
5. A “Participating Store” is any store nationally that advertises the promotion and stocks the Eligible Product (defined below) during the
Promotional Period.
6. To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase, in a single transaction, any 750ml bottle of Taylors Jaraman Wine (“Eligible Product”) from a
Participating Store during the Promotional Period and obtain a purchase receipt (“Qualifying Transaction”). If a staff member does not automatically
hand the individual a purchase receipt after making a Qualifying Transaction, it is the individual’s responsibility to request one.
7. To enter, individuals must then, during the Promotional Period, visit taylorswines.com.au/win, locate the online entry form, input the requested
details, including full name, postal address, phone number and email address, upload the purchase receipt, and submit the fully completed entry form
online.
8. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction regardless of the number of
Eligible Products purchased in excess of one (1) in the Qualifying Transaction; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with
entry requirements; and (c) only one (1) entry permitted per person per day.
9. Entrants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all
entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any
right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but
prior to entry.
10. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of
residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of
these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and
proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its
rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an
offender are reserved.
11. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
12. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the
entrant.
13. The draw will take place at 3 Amy Close, Wyong NSW 2259 on 03/09/2024 at 2:00pm AEST in the presence of an independent scrutineer. The Promoter
may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The Major Prize winner will be
notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw, and the Minor Prize winner will be notified by email only. Winners’ first
initial, surname and postcode will be published in https://www.taylorswines.com.au/win on 05/09/2024.
14. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The first valid entry drawn will win a trip for four (4) adults to Sydney, NSW valued at up to $14,350 depending on date and point of departure
(“Major Prize”). Prize includes: • 4 x return economy airfares from winner's nearest capital city to Sydney, NSW (only provided if winner resides
outside of NSW). If the winner is from NSW, then the prize does not include airfares and the airfare component of the prize is not redeemable for
cash;• 3 x nights’ twin share accommodation at Bask at Loves Bay (Kiama Heights);• All airline and airport taxes; • 4 x day standard automatic car
hire. If the winner is under 25 years or age, they will receive travel allowance of the same value as the car hire which will be awarded in the form
of an electronic funds transfer to their nominated Australian bank account; and• Degustation with 12 courses prepared by a private chef.
Spending money, additional meals, insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all
other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken by 03/09/2025 and is subject to booking and flight availability. Prize cannot be taken
during Australian school holidays, public holidays or other peak periods.
16. The winner and their companions must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the
Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of
individual prize and service providers. The winner’s companions must be aged 18 or over to participate in the prize.
17. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
18. The next ten (10) valid entries drawn will each win an Airbnb voucher valued at $100 (“Minor Prize”).
19. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate,
modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
20. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Airbnb voucher are not included. Any unused balance of the Airbnb voucher will not be awarded as
cash. Redemption of the Airbnb voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Airbnb voucher.
21. Car hire prize is subject to standard rental conditions. Petrol and insurance are not included. The driver must have a current valid driver’s
licence issued in an Australian State or Territory and must be aged between 25 and 69 (inclusive).

My opinion, for what it’s worth, would be to spend $40.
Top of t & c says Le CREUSET” promotion and I dont see what the comp has to do with cookware. |
