FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
General
1. The Competition is a game of chance and is authorised under the Permits.
2. The material used to market and promote the Competition forms part of these Competition Terms. If there is an inconsistency
between the material used to market and promote the Competition and these Competition Terms, these Competition Terms prevail.
Eligibility to enter
3. During the Competition Period, anyone may enter the Competition, provided that they are:
(a) over 18 years of age;
(b) a resident of Australia;
(c) a registered Flybuys member or a valid new Flybuys member who joins during the Competition Period (to be a valid Flybuys member the
Flybuys member account must include the member’s first and last name, a valid postal address, a valid email address and a valid contact phone number
current at time of draw and prize distribution. If a customer uses a cardboard temporary card they have just collected from a store and scanned for
the first time without completing the online registration process, this will not give them the opportunity to win - they need to complete the short
online registration process first. New registrations can take up to 48 hours to finalise); and
(d) not an employee or immediate family member of an employee, of the Promoter or Flybuys or an agent of the Promoter, who is directly
associated and connected with the organisation of this Competition (not applicable to Instant Win prizes).
Entering
4. By entering the Competition, entrants accept these Competition Terms.
5. How to enter
Instant Win Prizes
For the chance to win an instant win prize, entrants must spend $20 or more in one transaction after any applicable discounts and exclusions set out
below in paragraph 6 (Qualifying Spend for Instant Win Prizes) instore at Coles (excludes Coles Online and Coles Express) between 12:01am (AEST) on
24/07/2024 and 11:59pm (AEST) on 10/09/2024 (Competition Period) and scan their Flybuys in-store at time of purchase. All instant win prize winners
will be notified instantly on their shopping docket and screen upon winning a prize. Winners have the option to apply the prize towards the
transaction in progress or retain it for future Coles in-store only transactions. Instant win prize money that are not used at the time of win are
stored on the winner’s Flybuys account and are automatically applied to future Coles in-store only transactions by scanning their Flybuys at the
checkout until the prize money is fully exhausted. Any unused instant win prize money will expire on 9/11/2024. Limit of one instant win prize per day
per Flybuys account applies. For further details on prizes, please see paragraph 30. Instant win prize money cannot be used to purchase gift cards,
iTunes cards, tobacco and tobacco-related products.
Daily Prizes
(a) Automatic Entry/Entries
To receive an automatic entry into a daily prize draw entrants must spend $20 or more in one transaction after any applicable discounts and exclusions
set out below in paragraph 7 (Qualifying Spend for Daily Prizes) instore or online at Coles (excludes Coles Express) between 12:01am (AEST) on
24/07/2024 and 11:59pm (AEST) on 10/09/2024 (Competition Period) and scan their Flybuys in-store or enter their Flybuys card number online at time of
purchase. Multiple entries within a single shop are permitted eg. spend $60 in one transaction (after exclusions) and receive 3 entries into the daily
draw. Orders made online at Coles must be delivered or collected during the Competition Period to qualify.
AND
(b) Bonus Entry/Entries
Entrants will receive a bonus entry into the daily prize draw if their Qualifying Purchase includes one or more products from a participating brand or
product range, and any nominated Coles fresh products (participating brands are listed in the table below and instore and online at www.coles.com.au/winter-of-sports ). Multiple bonus entries are permitted eg. purchase 2 different participating products in one transaction and
receive 2 bonus entries into the draw. A limit of one bonus entry per participating brand per transaction applies. A limit of one bonus entry per

6. The Qualifying Spend for Instant Win Prizes is calculated after applying all savings and discounts and excludes the purchase of
Coles Express, Coles for business customers, iTunes cards, gift cards, mobile phone and mobile phone plans, recharge, Opal top up, calling cards,
charity products, tobacco and tobacco related product purchases. Other products may also be excluded at Coles’ discretion during the Competition
Period. Products excluded during the Competition Period will be published online at www.coles.com.au/winter-of-sports-terms.
7. The Qualifying Spend for Daily Prizes is calculated after applying all savings and discounts and excludes the purchase of Coles
Insurance products, Coles Express, Coles Best Buy Online Exclusive, DoorDash, UberEats, iTunes cards, gift cards, mobile phone and mobile phone plans,
recharge, Opal top up, calling cards, charity products, liquor, tobacco and tobacco related product purchases, subscriptions, and any delivery
charges. Other products may also be excluded at Coles’ discretion during the Competition Period. Products excluded during the Competition Period will
be published online at www.coles.com.au/winter-of-sports-terms.
8. You may enter as many times as you like, providing your purchase fulfils the entry criteria detailed in paragraph 5.
9. If, subsequent to a qualifying entry, you do not wish to participate in the Competition you must advise the Promoter by calling
Coles Customer Care on 1800 061 562.
10. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:
(a) enters the Competition without being eligible;
(b) tampers with the entry process;
(c) submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Competition Terms; or
(d) in entering the Competition, engages in conduct which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of
the Competition or the Promoter.
11. Failure by the Promoter to exercise its rights under paragraph 10 does not constitute a waiver of the Promoter’s rights under
paragraph 10. If the entrant’s contact details change, the entrant must notify the Promoter.
Drawing winners (daily prize draws)
12. The Competition will run for 49 days and there will be a separate daily prize draw for each of the 49 days of the Competition. Each
valid entry will be included in the daily draw on the date their Qualifying Transaction is received, and each valid entry will be included in one
daily draw only. Winners will be drawn from the pool of valid entries at the draw address as per the schedule below:

13. In each of the 49 daily draws the first valid entry drawn will win a Daily First Prize and the second valid entry drawn will win a
Daily Second Prize (see paragraph 30 for prize details), subject to the Promoter’s rights under paragraph 10.
14. The Promoter will notify the winners in writing via email, letter or text message within 7 days after each draw. The winners’ name
and postcode will be posted on the Website within 7 days after each draw date.
15. The awarding of daily draw prizes is restricted to one prize per entrant except for entrants residing in South Australia.
Awarding prizes
16. Instant Win prizes - the maximum number of instant win prizes being given away for this promotion is 105,000 and the maximum total
value of all instant win prizes in the Promotion is $3,150,000. The final number of prizes distributed by the Promotor will be the number of prizes
claimed by the entrants. Winners have the option to apply the prize towards the transaction in progress or retain it for future Coles in-store only
transactions using their Flybuys until 9/11/2024. Unused prize money is automatically applied to future Coles in-store only transactions by scanning
their Flybuys at the checkout until the prize money is fully exhausted. Limit of one instant win prize per day per Flybuys account. Instant win prize
money cannot be used to purchase gift cards, iTunes cards, tobacco and tobacco-related products.
17. Flybuys point prizes will be automatically allocated to the Flybuys Account associated with the Winner’s Entry within two weeks of
the draw.
18. The Promoter may request that the winners provide proof of identity, proof of age or proof of residency to the Promoter’s reasonable
satisfaction before awarding the prize. If upon request a winner does not provide proof of identity, proof of age or proof of residency to the
Promoter’s reasonable satisfaction within 90 days after being selected as a winner, then the relevant winner may be deemed to have forfeited their
entitlement to their prize. In those circumstances the Promoter may redraw the prize in accordance with paragraph 22.
19. The winner must accept the prize within 90 days after being drawn as the winner. If the winner does not accept the prize within 90
days after being drawn as the winner, the promoter may redraw the prize in accordance with paragraph 22.
20. In consideration of the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner:
(a) consents to the Promoter, without royalty or any fees, using his or her name, likeness, image, voice and entry in any marketing and
promotion of the competition, the Promoter or the Promoter’s business;
(b) agrees that the prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash; and
(c) agrees to comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements. It is the responsibility of the
winner to confirm such conditions with the prize supplier or other relevant third parties.
21. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute the prize with a substitute prize, provided that the substitute prize is of
the same or similar value or specification as the prize subject to legislative approval.
Further Draw
22. If for any reason, a prize has not been awarded within 90 days after the draw date the Promoter may conduct a further draw from the
pool of valid entries at 10:00am (AEDT) on 18/12/2024 at Focal Promotions, 2/7 Stayner Street Beaumaris VIC 3193.
23. The first valid entry the Promoter draws is the winner, subject to the Promoter’s rights under paragraph 10. If two or more prizes
are included in the draw the second valid entry drawn will win the second prize, the third valid entry drawn will win the third prize, and so on,
until all available prizes have been allocated.
24. The Promoter will notify any further draw winners in writing (or via email) within 7 days after the further draw date and the
winners’ name and postcode will be posted on the Website within 7 days after the draw date.
Force majeure / cancellation
25. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus,
communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure, force majeure or any cause beyond the control of
the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or
suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
Liability
26. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, expense, damage or liability suffered or incurred by entrants and winners in connection
with the competition, including:
(a) any late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected entries or prize acceptance, including delays due to technical disruptions or network
congestion;
(b) any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the competition;
(c) any technical error, including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission or communications line,
telephone, mobile or satellite network failure;
(d) any theft, destruction, unauthorised access to or alteration of entries; and
(e) any use of the prize or any tax liability incurred by the winner as a result of accepting the prize,
except to the extent that such loss, expense, damage or liability is caused or contributed to by the fraud, negligence or wrongful act or omission by
the Promoter.
27. Nothing under paragraph 26 is intended to limit entrants or winners’ rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
28. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media provider and no social media
provider is liable for any loss, expense, damage or liability suffered or incurred by entrants and winners in connection with the Competition,
including anything detailed in paragraph 26.
Personal information
29. The Promoter and Flybuys collects personal information about entrants in order to run the competition, communicate with you as the
Entrant to this Competition, award prizes and comply with the permits. The Promoter uses and manages entrants’ personal information in accordance with
its Coles privacy policy www.coles.com.au/important-information/privacy-policy. Flybuys uses and manages entrants’ personal information in accordance with its privacy
policy https://experience.flybuys.com.au/policies/privacy-policy. Your personal information may also be shared by the Promoter and / or Flybuys with
third parties who support in marketing or promotional activities, which include Focal Promotions (ABN: 76 007 374 325). Your entry into this
Competition will be unable to be considered if you do not provide this information. Coles and / or Flybuys will not disclose this information provided
by you unless required or authorised by law or in accordance with the relevant Privacy Policy. Please contact Coles Customer Care on 1800 061 562 or

Prize Details/Conditions
Instant Win prizes
· All instant win prize winners will be notified instantly on their shopping docket and screen upon winning a prize. Winners have the option to

· If the winning amount exceeds the original shop value, the excess amount will carry over to future shops in store at Coles.
· Instant win prize money that are not used at the time of win are stored on the winner’s Flybuys account and are automatically applied to future
Coles in-store only transactions by scanning their Flybuys at the checkout until the prize money is fully exhausted. Instant win prize money cannot be
used to purchase gift cards, iTunes cards, tobacco and tobacco-related products.

Daily Prizes
One Year Free Coles Groceries Prize
· The ‘One Year Free Coles Groceries’ first prize value is based on Coles Synergy data for average spend over 52 weeks in the grocery category.
· Winners will be given 2 options in how to redeem their prize:
Option 1 – Coles Gift Cards
Prize will be awarded as 4 x $3,375 worth of Coles Gift Cards; Gift Card prizes will be forwarded via registered post to prize winners in
quarterly instalments; OR
Option 2 – Coles Online Account
Prize will be awarded as a promo code that will apply 50 x $270 weekly credits to the winner’s current (or new) Coles Online account.
Only 1 x $270 credit can be applied per transaction.
For each of the 50 separate shops/transactions for which the promo code is valid, if the total shop/transaction is less than $270, any residual
prize credit is automatically forfeited and cannot be taken as cash.
The winner must keep their Coles Online account active for at least 12 months after the prize credit is first applied to their account to be
entitled to redeem their prize.
Prize expires 12 months after the date the prize credit is applied to the Winner’s Coles online account, and any residual prize credit remaining
in the account after the expiry date is automatically forfeited and cannot be taken as cash.
