Terms and Conditions:
1. The Promoter
CW Media PTY LTD ACN 606 548 298, ABN 43 913 252 975, 6 Albert Street Preston, Vic 3072, on behalf of the Chemist Warehouse and e-Pharmacy group.
2. Terms of Entry
(a) The Golden Ticket promotion will run from 00.01am AEST on Thursday July 25 2024 until 11.59pm AEST on Thursday August 29 2024
(‘Competition Period’) unless all Golden tickets are claimed prior to competition period end date.
(b) The terms and conditions are available online.
(c) Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be eligible or accepted.
(d) Entries that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void.
(e) Entry is conditional upon entrants purchasing any Krumbled Beauty Bite product in store or online at Chemist Warehouse. Winners will have
a golden ticket in their product packaging and will need to enter the code on their golden ticket via the above URL to claim their prize.
(f) You must be able to provide proof of such transactions in the form of a valid purchase receipt number.
(g) The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected or damaged however caused.
(h) Submitting an entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
(i) Multiple entries by eligible entrants are accepted, subject to entrants holding multiple proofs of purchase with different valid
purchase receipt numbers, subject to the following conditions:
(i) only one entry allowed per day during the Competition Period; and
3. Who May Enter
(a) The Competition is open to Australian permanent residents over 18 years of age.
(b) The Competition is not open to:
(i) Employees of the Promoter.
(ii) Parties to whom the Promoter has contracted work in relation to this Competition;
(iii) Parties who are otherwise directly involved with this Competition; and
You must be able to provide proof of such transactions in the form of a valid purchase receipt number.
(iv) Any immediate family members or any of the above mentioned parties.
4. Prize
Major Prize:
There will be 8 golden ticket major prize winners who will each receive $1000 AUD transferred via EFT by Krumbled Group Pty Ltd to the winners
nominated bank account.
Minor Prizes:
There will be 4 golden ticket minor prize winners who will each receive $500 AUD transferred via EFT by Krumbled Group Pty Ltd to the winners
nominated bank account.
Total prize value is $10,000 AUD. Total golden tickets available for instant win is 12 (8 Major wins and 4 minor wins).
5. Selecting the Winners
(a) The Competition winner will be notified by SMS or email within 48 hours of confirming their prize via the listed URL. Whilst the Promoter
will use its best endeavours to contact the winner within one month, the decision not to award an entrant who cannot be contacted a prize is at the
sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter.
(b) If within three months after the determination of the winner of the lottery, a prize (other than a prize consisting of perishable goods)
has not been claimed by the winner, the promoter must take all reasonable steps to deliver the prize to the prize winner and if not claimed/redeemed
the prize will be null and void.
(c) A person purporting to be a prize winner may be required to provide proof of identity and to verify any other eligibility requirements.
(d) Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take/redeem the prize (or an element of the prize) at/by
the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
6. Publication of winner’s details
The Promoter will publish the Competition winner on the following websites on Friday 30 August 2024 and that information shall remain posted there for
at least 28 days.
Privacy and use of personal information
(a) In accordance with the Privacy Act (1988) (Cth), the Promoter notifies entrants that entry to the Competition involves the collection of
personal information about entrants, such as their name, address, mobile phone number and email address. This is collected for the purpose of
establishing eligibility, carrying out the Competition and notifying the winner. If the information is not provided, the entrant may not participate
in the Competition. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State Lottery agencies and winner’ name published as required under the
relevant lottery legislation.
(b) Each entrant consents to the Promoter and Krumbled Foods Pty Ltd using their personal information provided in connection with their
entry, for the purposes of undertaking any investigation in connection with verifying the identity of an entry or any suspected tampering.
(c) Each entrant consents to the Promoter and its authorised licensees using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or photograph and voice
in the event that they are the winner, in any media for an unlimited period of time, without remuneration or compensation, for the purposes of
promoting the outcome of this Competition.
(d) The Promoter may disclose the winner’s personal information to Krumbled Food Pty Ltd for the purposes of contacting the winner and
providing the prize. Please read our Privacy Policy Privacy Policy I Chemist Warehouse
7. Discontinuation of the Competition or Disqualification of an Entrant
(a) Subject to State legislation; The Promoter reserves the right to discontinue the Competition at any time and in its sole and absolute
discretion may cancel, terminate or modify the Competition without the need to provide compensation to entrants or attempted entrants.
(b) The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any
entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with (or whom the Promoter reasonably suspects
has tampered with) the entry process or the winner selection process or who has otherwise been misleading or fraudulent in the course of the
Competition.
8. Exclusion of Liability
(a) The Promoter makes no representation nor provides any warranties as to the quality or suitability of the prizes offered.
(b) The Promoter is not responsible for any losses associated with any change to the value of any prizes.
(c) To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by any person or to personal property
including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or
its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangements for the supply of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner and where
applicable, to any person or persons accompanying the prize winner.
(d) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications arising from a winner receiving a cash prize and the entrant must seek
their own independent financial advice. If, for GST purposes, this promotion results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration,
entrants must follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of
equal GST inclusive market values.
(e) The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this Competition will be final.
(f) The Promoter is under no obligation to provide reasons for any of its decisions.
(g) The Promoter is under no obligation to engage in any form of correspondence whatsoever with entrants or purported entrants, or their
representatives, in any matters relating to the Competition. |

Sent a message to ask, the the helpful (not) reply was to ask the staff in my closest store
I mean honestly, if the promoter doesn't know (or just doesn't want to say/find out) how can store staff know?

Nothing instore about the comp, and no one seemed to know in my store...so I purchased a couple as they were on special...no ticket in either..so no
entry for me...would have been good to go in the unclaimed draw for no ticket in the pack purchases as Tim Tam do. |

I agree, the white choc macadamia wasn’t as nice as it sounds.
Had trouble finding these in my local store and nobody there knew anything about the comp. Finally found them in a display right at the register 
No win though. |

This reminds me of the Kleenex comp where you don't know if you're purchasing a product that even has a chance of containing a ticket, but unlike
Kleenex, you can't even enter for a second chance draw. 
And agreed, the White Chocolate and Macadamia one sounded so yummy but smells like soap.  They look bigger online but they are tiny little packs that were at the front counter shelf, where they normally have the Freddo Frogs
and jelly beans.

Not confident with this comp at all....no mention of "Second Chance draw" in the terms and conditions...and no option on the entry form to enter a
second chance draw....so therefore if the promoter claims that the golden tickets were not purchased in the competition period, they do not have to
give away any of the prize money. |

I wonder if this is like certain other promotions where one actually needs to find a golden ticket to enter the draw.

is mine from the aforementioned terms and conditions. Hence, it looks as though winners are identified by whether or not they have the golden ticket
with their purchase. |

I asked about a second chance draw and got this response:
hi! There are physical golden tickets in the bars wrapped so the chance to win is by buying the bar in the chance that it may have it inside. The
entry form is to submit your unique ticket number which is on the Golden Ticket to validate your purchase with your proof of purchase receipt details.
This is to prevent shoplifters being rewarded with prize money.
There are 8 major prizes to be won and 4 minor prizes to be won. 4 have been found so far (unsure if there have been more over the weekend as it is on
the back end of Chemist Warehouse portal)
