Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and Prizes (defined below) forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the “Chance to WIN 1 of 3 Family
Holiday’s ” Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 31.07.24 and ends 10.09.24 at 11.59 pm AEST (Promotion Period).
3. The promoter is Kimberly-Clark Australia Pty Limited (ABN 65 000 032 333), Level 4 100 Arthur St, North Sydney, NSW 2060, Australia, Tel (02) 9963
8888 (Promoter).
4. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
5. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family
means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent,
step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
6. To enter the Promotion, Entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:
Purchase any Huggies product/s in a single transaction to the value of $30 or more from a a Participating IGA, Foodland, Foodworks, Local Grocer and
Supa Value store (Qualifying Purchase). A Participating IGA, Foodland, Foodworks, Local Grocer or Supa Value store is any IGA, Foodland, Foodworks
Foodworks, Local Grocer or Supa Value store in Australia. Entrants must retain their Qualifying Purchase receipt. If a purchase receipt is not
provided to them, it is the individual’s responsibility to request one.
After making a Qualifying Purchase and collecting their Qualifying Purchase receipt, visit www.huggies.com.au/Zoo (Promotion Website) and follow the prompts on the Promotion entry page, to input the requested details and submit the fully
completed entry form (Entry).
You must also retain your original purchase receipt for the duration of the Promotional Period and until a Prize winner is announced. We may request a
copy of the original receipt when verifying Prize winners. Prize winners who have returned the products subject of a product receipt used to enter the
Promotion, will be disqualified from claiming the Prize.
7. The following entry limits apply:
There is a limit of 3 entries per person, email address and/or phone number in total.
You can only enter once per day.
You can only enter once per Qualifying Purchase.
Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions
Persons who have won a prize or prizes valued either individually or collectively at more than AUD $1,000 (including GST) in any competition or
promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter, within the 12 months prior to the commencement of the Competition Period Period are not eligible to
enter this Promotion;
persons who have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win a competition or promotion run by or on behalf of the
Promoter (except in the case of a legal change of name) will be disqualified; and
persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any competition or promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter will be disqualified.
8. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
9. Incomplete or indecipherable Entries (including purchase receipts that in the opinion of the Promoter are not legible or valid) will be deemed
invalid.
10. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of
residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of
these Conditions of Entry, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and
proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its
rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an
offender are reserved.
11. There will be a random electronic draw conducted at 3pm AEST on 13.09.24 at 132 Harbord Road, Freshwater NSW 2096
12. The first valid entry drawn randomly will win the following prize package valued at up to $8,196.00:
Return economy airfares for 4 from winners nearest Australian capital city to Sydney, NSW
All airline and airport taxes
Return private transfers from airport to accommodation
1 night’s accommodation (for 4 people) in Roar and Snore Safari style tents. 2 Roar and Snore Tents provided (1 tent includes 1 double bed & a
trundle or single bed if required).

13. All travel is always subject to availability and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with
an accommodation partner. Prize must be redeemed and travelled between 01.11.2024 to 31.06.2025. Block out periods include all Australian School &
Public Holidays along with all other special event periods. 2024 & 2025 Block out dates include but are not limited to:
