I thought it was to do with the next sentence:
"Including but not limited to retail and online travel agencies, and tour operators that are ATAS Accredited, or cruise line."
So I'm guessing you choose your favourite online travel provider (eg. Webjet) or a tour operator (eg. APT). Whoever you choose, make sure they're ATAS
accredited. |

I have great faith in Flight Centre. On two separate occasions we have had to cut short a holiday and Flight Centre staff were outstanding in their
assistance ro us both. |
