I sent a really nice email to theship.com.au, just wondering if they could check up for me and got the following reply:
Hi,
We have just processed the cards. The card will be emailed to you within the next couple of days.

Pretty stern reply. They are working for Kleenex as their promoters but they're not doing Kleenex any favours.

I reckon these promotion companies get paid by the companies (eg. Kleenex) at the commencement of the campaign, and want to hold on to the money as
long as they possibly can. Just my take - it seems to be happening so often these days. Don't get me wrong - very grateful to know it's coming ....

I emailed Ms Driscoll the Managing Director of Kimberley Clark Australia and told her what was going on at 2pm today. Less than two hours later I
received my card by email. I don't know if it was connected but let's see how quickly others get theirs now.

I have had mine sitting there since 18 th, but from a site that looked sus. Corporate Card Store <CorporateCardStore@bhnetwork.com>
Heading you have received a gift from Brendan Picard ,so I didnt open, now I cant use it as my phone isnt gpay compatable.
Now I have to wait 2 more weeks for a physical card. |

THEY are the ones failing to abide by their own t&c
Utter cheek they have to tell paying customers to 'be patient'
