TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents (excluding NT) aged 18 years or over.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and
agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family
means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child
(whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent,
uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4. Entries into the promotion open on 7 August 2024 and close at 11:59PM AEST on
10 September 2024 (“Promotional Period”).
5. A participating store is any Bottle Mart, Sip N Save, Harry Brown store in Australia or
Thirsty Camel store in WA only that displays promotional material advertising the
promotion (each a “Participating Store”).
6. A participating product is any of the following (each a “Participating Product”):
• Glenfiddich 12YO Single Malt Scotch Whisky;
• Monkey Shoulder Blended Malt Scotch Whisky 700ml;
• Monkey Shoulder Blended Malt Scotch Whisky 1L;
• Grant’s Triple Wood Blended Scotch Whisky 700ml;
• Grant’s Triple Wood Blended Scotch Whiskey 1L;
• Tullamore DEW Irish Whiskey;
• The Balvenie 12YO Double Wood: Single Malt Scotch Whisky;
• The Balvenie 14 Caribbean Cask;
• Glenfiddich 14YO Bourbon Barrel Reserve Whisky;
• Glenfiddich 15YO Solera;
• Glenfiddich 18YO Small Batch; and
• Glenfiddich 21YO Gran Reserva.
7. To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any Participating Product at a
Participating Store during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). In case
a purchase receipt is not automatically provided to an entrant at the time of making
their Qualifying Transaction, it is the entrant’s responsibility to request such material.
8. To enter, individuals must then visit either https://bottlemart.com.au/promotions,
https://sipnsave.com.au/promotions, https://harrybrown.com.au/promotions/current or
https://wa.thirstycamel.com.au/promotions (depending on the store of purchase),
follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details including
first name, last name, email, mobile phone number, date of birth, postcode, and upload
a copy of their purchase receipt and submit the fully completed entry form during the
Promotional Period.
9. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per
Qualifying Transaction regardless of the number of Participating Products purchased
in the transaction; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance
with entry requirements.

10. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt for all entries as proof of purchase.
Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the
absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries
and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store
of purchase and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior
to entry.
11. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and
entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to
believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry
process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to
jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be
accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its
rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal
rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
12. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
13. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in
its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
14. The draw will take place at Anisimoff Legal, 3 Amy Close, North Wyong NSW 2259 at
12:00PM AEST on 16 September 2024. The Promoter may draw additional reserve
entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
The winner will be notified by telephone and email within two (2) business days of the
draw and their name will be published at https://bottlemart.com.au/promotions,
https://sipnsave.com.au/promotions, https://harrybrown.com.au/promotions/current
and https://wa.thirstycamel.com.au/promotions on 19 September 2024.
15. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The first valid entry drawn will win a trip for two (2) adults to Scotland and Ireland,
valued at up to AUD$20,000 depending on date and place of departure. Prize includes:
(a) One-way economy airfares from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to
Edinburgh, Scotland;
(b) Five (5) days’ car hire in Edinburgh, Scotland;
(c) Two (2) nights’ twin/double share accommodation in a minimum four (4) star
property in Edinburgh, Scotland;
(d) ;
(e) Two (2) nights’ twin/double share accommodation in a minimum four (4) star
property in Speyside, Scotland;
(f) Two (2) entry tickets to visit the Glenfiddich Distillery in Scotland;
(g) Return private transportation from Speyside, Scotland accommodation to
distillery;
(h) One-way economy airfares from Edinburgh, Scotland to Dublin, Ireland;
(i) Five (5) days’ car hire in Dublin, Ireland;
(j) Two (2) nights’ twin/double share accommodation in a minimum four (4) star
property in Dublin, Ireland;
(k) Dinner with WGS whiskey pairings in Dublin, Ireland;
(l) Two (2) nights’ twin/double share accommodation in a minimum four (4) star
property in Tullamore, Ireland;
(m)Two (2) entry tickets to visit the Tullamore Distillery in Ireland;

(n) Return private transportation from Tullamore, Ireland accommodation to
distillery;
(o) One-way economy airfares from Dublin, Ireland to the winner’s nearest
Australian capital city; and
(p) Comprehensive travel insurance for the winner and guest (subject to all
travellers having no pre-existing medical conditions and being under 59 years
of age).
17. Other than set out in the prize details above, spending money, meals, taxes (excluding
airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and
from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all
other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be booked a minimum of ninety (90)
days in advance of requested departure dates and is subject to booking and flight
availability. Prize must be taken by 31 October 2025. Availability cannot be guaranteed
during Christmas, School holiday and special event periods.
18. The winner and their companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid
passports (including at least 6 months validity), and any requisite visas, vaccinations
and travel documentation. The winner and their companion must depart from and
return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by
the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the
prize. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of
accommodation check in. Once booking is confirmed no changes are allowed, unless
otherwise authorised by the Promoter in its absolute discretion and if permitted will
incur a fee of $165 per person (including GST), plus supplier charges which is payable
by the winner.
19. The winner and their companion will each be required to fully complete a travel
insurance application form provided by the Promoter, and may also be required to
undergo medical tests as required by the Promoter’s nominated travel insurer, in order
to redeem the travel insurance element of the prize. Any person found guilty of
insurance fraud or failure to honestly and accurately disclose all relevant insurance
information at the time of applying for a travel insurance policy or when making a claim
forfeits any rights or entitlements to the travel insurance element of the prize. Travel
insurance will be provided by the Promoter’s nominated travel insurer, and subject to
approval by the travel insurer. In the event that the Promoter’s nominated travel insurer
refuses to issue insurance to the winner and/or companion, the winner forfeits that
travel insurance element of the prize. Travel insurance is subject to the terms and
conditions issued by the Promoter’s nominated travel insurer, including but not limited
to any limitations on the covered amount
20. The car hire elements of the prize are subject to standard rental conditions of the
Promoter’s nominated car hire provider. The driver must have a current valid driver’s
licence issued in an Australian State or Territory and must be aged 25 years or over at
the time of car rental. If the winner does not meet the criteria (e.g. suspended licence)
they must nominate a guest who meets the car rental company’s requirements, and
the guest must be the nominated driver on the rental agreement. A daily surcharge
applies to all drivers under 25 for hire car and the winner acknowledges that this cost
will be paid directly to the car hire company on collection of the vehicle
21. If for any reason the winner does not take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the
time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be
forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.

22. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves
the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value
and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
23. Total prize pool value is up to AUD$20,000.
24. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and
cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
25. A draw for the prize, if unclaimed, may take place on 16 October 2024 at the same
time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory
authority. The winner, if any, will be notified by telephone and email within two (2)
business days of the draw and their names will be published at

26. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the
event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in
any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting
this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured,
distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
27. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the
Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or
fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent
permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions
from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as
appropriate.
28. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s
responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
29. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit,
exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under
the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the
ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia
(“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be
excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its
respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence),
for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether
direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
30. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable
Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is
not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal
injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect,
special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or
equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft,
unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late,
lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the
Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any
variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability
incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.

31. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion
and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to
agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian
regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also
use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at
https://www.williamgrant.com/privacy-policy/. In addition to any use that may be
outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period,
unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research
and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the
entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out,
access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the
Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will
be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not
disclose PI to any entity outside of Australia.
