I got the $50 Coles gift card, but when I went to claim it, although it showed $50, it said the balance was $0! I've notified the promotions people
and they got back to me very quickly, saying they're investigating with the card company. Has this happened to anyone else? |

Yes. Mine said $5 not $50. I sent them an email 10 days ago and no reply so sent another one today. Not sure if I’ve sent it to the correct email
address though. |

Yes that's right. There is a warning message on the screen to scroll down and choose $50 from the selection. it sounds like someone has clicked on
$5 instead.
