On the entry form there was a drop down box that defaulted to "State" ACT which you had to change to your State if that was different. You will need to contact them via the competition email. The FAQ's say:

I have called them twice plus an email and no reply,(was told someone from Ferrero will call back) for week 3 winners has anyone received any updates? Thanks

I received a confirmation email yesterday, Week 3 winner also.
