The Promotion commences on 4 September 2024 at 9:00am AEST and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 30 November 2024 (“Promotional Period”).
Entry
To enter this Promotion, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, complete the following steps:
Make one (1) BPAY payment of $50 or more;
Visit www.bpay.com.au/promotion;
Follow the prompts on the promotion entry page; and
Complete the registration form in full including the Eligible Entrant’s name, email address, phone number, biller code, customer reference number
(CRN), payment date, payment amount and financial institution.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per BPAY payment of $50 or more and (b) each entry must be
submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
The draw will take place at Anisimoff Legal, 3 Amy Close, Wyong NSW 2259 on 9 December 2024 at 11am AEDT. The Promoter may draw additional reserve
entries and record them in order in case an invalid or ineligible entrant is drawn.

Winners will be notified by telephone and email within seven (7) business days of the draw, and their names (first initials, last names and postcodes)
will be published online at www.bpay.com.au/promotion from 23 December 2024.
Claim Period
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of the prize) by 13 January 2025, then the
prize (or an element of the prize) will be forfeited.
Unclaimed Prize Determination
A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 14 January 2025 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a
regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified by telephone and email within two (2) business days of the draw, and their names (first
initials, last names and postcodes) will be published online at www.bpay.com.au/promotion from 20 January 2025. |
