PRIZE:
The first valid and correct drawn entry will win a Vanuatu cruise package for four (4) adults valued at up to AU$12,096 depending on date and point of
departure (“Prize”). Prize consists of:

Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means
any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent,
step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister, or 1st cousin.
Entries into the promotion open on 5 September 2024 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on 20 October 2024 (“Promotional Period”).
To enter, entrants must purchase any Lowes product at any Lowes physical store or online at https://www.lowes.com.au during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). If a staff member does not automatically hand the individual a
receipt after the Qualifying Transaction, it is the individual’s responsibility to request one. Individuals must then visit the website and follow the
prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including first name, surname, email address, phone number, country, postcode, and
date of birth), upload a photograph or scanned copy of the receipt or type the receipt number where indicated, and submit the fully completed entry
form during the Promotional Period.
It is a condition of entry that entrants agree to opt-in to receive news and offers from Carnival Cruise Line.
Only one entry is permitted by email address.
Entrants must retain their original Lowes purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase when requested may, in the
absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of an entrant’s entry and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt must
clearly specify the product purchased, store of purchase, and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry. Lowes are
unable to provide a replacement copy tax invoice if the original tax invoice is lost or not retained at point of sale by the customer.
The Promoter reserves the right at any time to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of
residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of
these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and
proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its
rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an
offender are reserved.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the
entrant.
The draw will take place at Suite 1.24, 90 Bourke Road, Alexandria, NSW 2015, on 29 October 2024 at 11:00 AM AEDT in the presence of an independent
scrutineer. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The
winner will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw and their details (initial, surname, and postcode) will be
published from 31 October 2024.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Additional spending money, additional meals, insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, items of a personal
nature, in-room charges, amendment fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed, additional taxes, additional fees
associated with the accommodation, and all other ancillary costs are not included.
All bookings and documentation regarding the Prize must be made via Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd or their agents. Redeeming the Prize is conditional
on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd and the airline carriers in accordance with normal
travel practices.
The winner and their companions are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports and any requisite visas, vaccinations, and travel
documentation. The winner and their companions will be responsible for any expenses incurred in obtaining necessary travel documentation, including
any fines or penalties incurred as a result of not having the requisite travel documentation. The winner and their companions must have travel
insurance. The Prize winner and their companions must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. The Prize winner
acknowledges and agrees that the accommodation element of the prize is twin-share and the cruise accommodation is a quad room, and the winner and
their companions will be required to share rooms. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will
not form part of the Prize. The Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. Winners may be
required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check-in.
If the winner resides within New South Wales, the airfare and Sydney accommodation component of the prize will be forfeited and not redeemable for
cash.
Standard terms and conditions of travelling with Carnival Cruise Line will apply, including any applicable age restrictions. See Carnival’s Cruise

The winner must provide valid identification to the Promoter. The winner and their companions must be over the age of 18 years. Alcohol consumption
and gambling onboard are restricted to passengers aged 18 years of age or older. A credit card imprint or cash deposit will be required from the
winner and/or companions at check-in in order to board the cruise ship for all incidental charges.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Lowes clothing and food and beverage vouchers are not included. Any unused balance of the vouchers
will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the vouchers is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the voucher.
To claim the prize, winners must respond to the winner notification within fourteen (14) days of the draw date. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw
clause, if for any reason a winner does not take the Prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated by the Promoter (including that the
winner is unable to travel during the dates specified in the Prize details clause) then the Prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and
will not be redeemable for cash.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate,
modify, or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute, or modify a prize subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter in its discretion reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or
specification subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Total prize pool value is up to $12,096.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless otherwise specified.
A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 28 November 2024 at the same time and place as the original draw subject to any directions from a

Entrants consent to the Promoter and Carnival Cruise Line using their name, likeness, image, and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including
photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion
(including any outcome) and promoting any products manufactured, distributed, and/or supplied by the Promoter.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable
control of the Promoter including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention, or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right in
its sole discretion to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory
authority to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion as appropriate.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for
any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way
out of the promotion.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter and prize suppliers (including their
respective officers, employees, and agents) are not responsible for and exclude all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any
loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical
difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access, or third-party interference;
(c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any
reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax
liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) taking of the Prize.
As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner and their companions must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter
and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
The Promoter and Carnival Cruise Line collect personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such
PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers, and as required to Australian regulatory
authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter and Carnival Cruise Line will also use and handle PI as set out in their

and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policies also contain information about how
entrants may opt-out, access, update, or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other
applicable law, and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the
Promoter or Carnival Cruise Line, the Promoter and Carnival Cruise Line may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries,
see the relevant Privacy Policy) and cannot guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles. By entering the
promotion, entrants consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the Australian Privacy Principles and agree that neither the
