Prizes will be awarded as selected by a computerised random system.

Opens: 23rd September 2024 at 11.00am AEST 10th November 2024 at 11.59am AEDT.
1. Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years of age and over who:
(a) purchase a product from Venom: The Last Dance Range; or
(b) add the Venom: The Last Dance Range sauce to any Pizza (either via the website https://www.pizzahut.com.au/ or App) for any order at or above the Minimum Order Value.
2. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, its franchisees and their associated companies are excluded.
1. To enter this promotion and be eligible for a chance to win, Entrants must during the Entry Period:
a) Purchase a product from the Venom: The Last Dance range (including the Venom: The Last Dance Range Pizza, Venom: The Last Dance Range Loaded Garlic
Bread, Venom: The Last Dance Range Pasta, Venom: The Last Dance Range Wings); or
b) Add the Venom: The Last Dance Range drizzle/sauce to any Pizza with any combination of Pizza Hut products either online (https://www.pizzahut.com.au) or via the App,
meeting the minimum spend of $3.00 for a pickup order or $24.90 for a delivery order (Minimum Order Value); and
c) Accept these Terms and Conditions; and
d) Upon completion of the Entrant’s purchase, the Entrant’s must follow the prompts on the order confirmation screen and fill out the online entry
form with their personal details, including:
- First Name;
- Email Address; and
- Phone Number
e) The Entrant must ensure they complete and submit the qualifying transaction in order to enter into the draw to win.
2. Every one transaction by the Entrant of at least one eligible product with any combination of Pizza Hut products either online or via the App
valued at or above the Minimum Order Value during the Entry Period equals one (1) entry into the draw.
Winners will be selected at random, with the prizes drawn in the order of the "Prizes" schedule.
Subject to the Entrant meeting the Entry Conditions, one (1) entry per Entrant with every transaction of at least one eligible product with any
combination of Pizza Hut products made via the website or App (https://www.pizzahut.com.au/) valued at or above the Minimum Order Value.
Entries are limited to one entry per day per Entrant.
Each Entrant must submit their entries separately and in accordance with the entry instructions.
Cash and Mobile Eftpos Transactions will not be eligible for this promotion. All other payment methods are eligible.
Minimum order value for a pick up is $3.00 and $24.90 for delivery.
Any orders that do not satisfy the Minimum order Quantity, including those redeeming free product, will not be eligible to enter into this promotion.

Prize Determination
Provided a winning Entrant has provided satisfactory evidence of their Australian citizenship or residency status, and has otherwise complied with
the requirements and requests for information by the Promoter (such information being at the Promoter’s discretion) (including but not limited to
those specified below), the applicable prize will be awarded to that Winning Entrant via email or any other method as reasonably determined by the
Promoter.
A Trip For 2 People To Las Vegas specific Terms & Conditions
A Trip For 2 People To Las Vegas includes:
- Return economy flights from nearest capital city of Winner to Las Vegas
- 5 nights hotel accommodation (minimum 4 star)
- Fly LINQ Zipline fast-Track Ticket
- STRAT Tower Admission and Unlimited ride pass
- Night time helicopter sightseeing tour
- AUD$1,000 spending money
- Performance Entertainment guest liaison
Prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Prize not available during USA or Australian Public / National holiday periods.
- Travel dates not valid between 15 December 2024 – 30 January 2025 or between 11 April 2025 –
28 April 2025.
- Travel must be taken within 12 months of notification of winning.
- Travel dates must be confirmed within 45 days of notification to the Promoter.
- One winner must be 18 years of age or over.
- All elements are subject to availability at time of booking.
- Accommodation is based on 2 people sharing 1 room.
- A valid credit card must be presented at hotel check-in for incidentals.
- Tickets are non-transferable and no name changes are allowed. Once tickets are issued, they are
non-endorsable and non-transferable. Any alterations to confirmed flights and/or accommodation
details will be at the expense of the winner. All components of the Prize must be fulfilled at the same time and they cannot be split across
different time periods. Any changes by the winner made to the specified prize package (including travel extensions, additional guests, etc) will be
subject to an administration fee of $250.00 plus GST, which must be settled in full prior to booking confirmation.
- Individual supplier terms and conditions apply. Once the Prize has been arranged, any changes to the travel, flights, accommodation or scheduling
arrangements are at the expense of the Winner and their travelling companions.
- Flights are economy class and may be indirect. The airline’s conditions of carriage apply to all flights. The winner and their travelling companions
must travel at the same time and are responsible for arranging transport from their residence to the nearest capital city airport in Australia. The
winner and their travelling companions will be responsible for transport arrangements to and from their departing Australian airport.
- The airline, flight route and dates of travel will be determined by the Promoter.
- Winners and their guest(s) travel at their own risk and, if for any reason any aspect of this
promotion is not capable of running as planned, including war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster, tampering or
computer virus, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize,
subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
- The winner must obtain their own travel insurance and proof of insurance be provided before tickets are issued.
- If you are visiting USA for less than 90 days, you may be eligible for the Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) and be able to enter
under the Visa Waiver Program. If you are not eligible, you will require a visa. Each traveller, including children, must have their own ESTA and visa
waiver, or visa.
Prize Terms and Conditions
1. If the Prize (or any parts of Prizes) is not fulfilled for any reason, then the Prize (and all parts of the Prize) shall be forfeited.
2. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time before awarding the Prize (or any part of the Prize), to vary, postpone or cancel the Prize (or any
part of the Prize), including, without limitation, where in the Promoter’s sole and reasonable opinion (subject to state or territory regulations):
a) a winning Entrant has not complied with these Terms and Conditions;
b) a winning Entrant does not satisfy the Competition entry requirements; and/or
c) the Promoter cannot conduct this Competition or offer the Prizes (or any part of the Prizes) for any other reason outside the Promoter’s reasonable
control.
3. The total Prize value of the Competition is: AUD $36,773.05 inc. GST
4. Spending money, meals, taxes, insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all
other ancillary costs, unless otherwise specified in the prize description, are not included.
5. The Prize must be taken as offered. Prize is non-refundable, non-transferrable and non- exchangeable for cash or services.
Prize claim date and time
1. The winners will be drawn in the presence of an independent scrutineer at random via a computerised random selection selected on 13 November 2024
at 12pm AEDT at Suite 2.02, 65 Epping Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113.
The winning Entrants will be contacted by phone and email within two (2) days of the draw. The winners will be published on 14 November 2024.
2. The Prize must be claimed by 27th November 2024 at 12:00 pm AEDT (Claim Period).
3. In the event that the winning Entrant does not claim their prize within the Claim Period, the Prize will
be forfeited.
4. Provided a winning Entrant has provided evidence of their Australian citizenship or residency status, and has otherwise complied with the
requirements and requests for information by the Promoter including but not limited to the below, the Prize will be provided to that Winning Entrant
via email or any other means reasonably necessary as determined by the Promoter.
Second Chance Draw
1. A second chance draw will take place in the presence of an independent scrutineer (if required) at 1:00pm AEDT 27 November 2024 at Suite 2.02,
65 Epping Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113 if the Prize is unclaimed (Second Chance Draw).
2. All entrants (excluding the original winning entry) over the promotional period will receive automatic entry into the Second Chance Draw.
3. The Second Chance Prize winner will be notified by phone and email on the day of the Second Chance Draw and will be published on the website https://www.pizzahut.com.au/ on 28 November 2024.
4. The winner of the Second Chance Draw must claim their Prize by 11 December 2024 at 12:00 |

So complicated and confusing. No more Pizza Hut for me. Even the guy in the shop didn't really know anything - just said ALL the pizzas come in this
special black Venom box and that's all you have to have to enter. Grrrr.
