I know a couple of people (non compers) who won first week in October and they haven't heard another thing
I've said they need to use the contact us and point out the t&c
I really don't know why promoters bother to put 'with x working days' none of them stick to it

4 of us have had to chase our verifications up.
They also told my husband they'd sent the voucher and to check his junk folder...but when we search nothing shows up except the initial
'congratulations' message.
Not very well run if you ask me? |

It's 'odd' how the heat rub from independent supermarkets had Rebel gift cards as prizes and they pulled the same nonsense

That is an interesting comment considering these delays have been happening pretty much since the competition started
And doesn't explain why some people have been told their wins have been sent when they haven't, or tall stories like not providing the full receipt
Sounds like they are scrambling for excuses
IMHO anyway, otherwise why not just say that from the start rather than the other stories people have been given? |
