Yes, one of them did (as posted above) and they were told they had not attached the full receipt to their entry form (which is rubbish)
The other did and no reply
I've told them both they need to email again
People shouldn't have to chase prizes, and this is another comp where several people have had to do so |

Yes, that is what everyone gets
Many appear to be getting fobbed off once they do
That is the reply my friend got, and when they emailed were told they had not provided their full receipt, but apparently would receive their prize
'within 7 working days'
They didn't
I told them to email again
They told me this afternoon they did email again this morning and within a few minutes, got the same reply as the first time, an exact copy and paste

Both the friends who won only got their prizes after several emails an nonsense stories
Both took a month from winning to receiving, despite them both being falsely told they had already been sent, and they would resend them |

Has anyone redeemed their voucher? I just tried to use mine online and it says number is incorrect. I’ve triple checked the card and pin no. but no
luck. Also, tried my husband’s card no. and that doesn’t work either. |

No I haven’t, I finally got mine and was going to use on the weekend. Very disappointing competition overall |

Still waiting for my voucher and I won on Oct 25. I also emailed the promoters as others suggested.
Might have to send another email. Are there others still waiting??? |

Someone else I know of is (family member of a friend)
This guy won, took over 14 working days to be verified
Apparently another two working weeks later they are still waiting for the voucher from what my friend said |

The people I know do use that link
Always the same copy and paste reply from the same person about their being delays
The delays excuse has been used since this time in October
They need to remove the 'within 7 working days' from the t&c and emails when they are not willing/able to abide by it |

I got told there was a typo in my email address, despite the winning email making through just fine and they had sent the voucher but it had gone to
the wrong address and then resent with the garbage excuse. I waited five weeks |
