Information on how to enter the ‘Moxiclear® Win a Pet Binge Promotion’ (the Promotion); claim any prize; the prize, form part of these terms and
conditions (the Terms & Conditions). Participating in the Promotion by any means (including but not limited to) by entering or attempting to
enter; claiming or attempting to claim any prize, is deemed acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
2. The promoter is Norbrook® Laboratories Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 67 080 972 596, ACN 080 972 596), 7/15-21 Butler Way, Tullamarine, VIC 3043 (the
Promoter).
3. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. Directors, management, employees (and their immediate family members) of the
Promoter and agencies involved with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. The Promotion commences at 12.01 am AEDST on 01/10/2024 and ends at 11.59 pm AEDST on 31/12/2024 (the Promotional Period). All times and dates
specified throughout these Terms and Conditions will be either AEST or AEDST, depending on when applicable in Victoria.
5. To enter the Promotion, an entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
(a) purchase a 3 or 6 pack of Moxiclear®;
(b) visit moxiclear.com.au/win (the Website);
(c) enter their requested details;
(d) complete the survey questions; and
(e) upload a copy of their purchase receipt.
6. A limit of one (1) entry is permitted per an eligible transaction.
7. If an entry contains the purchase of one or more participating products that have been returned, then the Promoter may deem that entry invalid,
subject to the operation of the Australian Consumer Law.
8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to
disqualify any entrant whom the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or
engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion, or otherwise than in
accordance with the spirit of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any
of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from
such an offender are reserved.
9. The first three (3) entries drawn, as determined by the Promoter, will be each the winners of the prize of a $1,500 Digital Prepaid Mastercard
(Gift Card). The Gift Card is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the issuer. The Promoter is not responsible for any Gift Card that is
stolen, damaged, or tampered with in any way. Total prize pool value is $4,500.
10. The draw will take place at Norbrook® Laboratories Australia Pty Ltd 7/15-21 Butler Way, Tullamarine, VIC 3043 on 10/01/2025. The winners will be
notified within seven days of the draw and published on the Website on 17/01/2025. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be
entered into..
11. A draw for any unclaimed prize by 12pm on 18/03/2025 will be awarded via the unclaimed prize draw. The unclaimed prize draw, if required, will
take place at the same time and place as the original draw on 19/03/2025, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winners, if any,
will be notified by email and published on the Website on or before 25/03/2025.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
13. If for any reason the winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited and will not be
redeemable for cash.
14. If any prize (or any part of any prize is not available) the Promoter reserves the right to exchange any prize (or part thereof) with a prize of
equal value and specification, subject to any direction from a lottery authority.
15. The entrant who receives the prize consents to the Promoter using their name, likeness, or image (including photograph, film and/or recording of
the same), in any media, for an unlimited period and without remuneration, for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and
promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
16. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the
reasonable control of the Promoter (including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud), the Promoter reserves
the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions
from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
17. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as
provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the
States and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-
Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal
injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the
Promotion.

and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether
direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third
party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the
Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and
Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by an entrant or winner; or (f) a prize.
19. The Promoter may collect personal information to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third
parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
Entry is conditional on individuals providing their personal information. The Promoter will collect, store, use and disclose personal information as
set out in its privacy policy, which can be viewed at https://www.norbrook.com/privacy- policy. (the Privacy Policy). In addition to any use outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter
may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling
purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning individuals. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how individuals may opt
out, access, update or correct their personal information, how individuals may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any
other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. The Promoter will not disclose personal information overseas. All entries and prize
claims become the property of the Promoter.
