RAPID MEDICAL SUPPLIES FACEBOOK CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Contest Organizer:

This contest is organized by Rapid Medical Supplies (ABN 65 830 387 563), located at Unit 51, 8 Distribution Court, Arundel, QLD, 4214. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

Eligibility:

The contest is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
Employees of Rapid Medical Supplies and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the contest.
By entering this contest, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
How to Enter:

To enter, participants must visit the contest landing page and complete the entry form by providing their name, email address, and any other requested details.
Entries are limited to one per person. Multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified.
The contest runs from 20th October to 20th November. All entries must be submitted by 11PM on the 20th November.
Prize:

One winner will receive a Trust Care Let's Fly valued at $799.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any other alternatives.
Winner Selection and Notification:

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received.
The winner will be notified via email within 7 Business Days of the contest closing date.
If the winner does not claim their prize within 7 business days of the notification, a new winner will be drawn.
Use of Personal Information:

By entering the contest, participants consent to the use of their name and email address for the purposes of administering this contest and for marketing communications from Rapid Medical Supplies.
