Terms and conditions of entry for Real Madrid Competition
Information on how to enter the competition and receive the cashback is set out in these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is
deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The prize draw is open to Australian residents only aged 18 and over.
Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Sponsor (as set out in item 22 below), agencies or associates of the Sponsor and any third
parties involved in the preparation and/or performance of this prize draw are not eligible for entry. Immediate family member means any of the
following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent,
step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Entry to the competition opens at 00:01 AEST on the 1st of October 2024 and closes at 23:59 AEDT on the 30th November 2024 ("Promotional Period").
To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any of the following: Ensure Powder 850g (Vanilla, Chocolate, Neutral) or PediaSure Powder 850g
(Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry) or PediaSure Organic 800g (Vanilla) ("Eligible Product") during the Promotional Period ("Qualifying Transaction").
Purchases of Eligible Product must be made during the Promotional Period to be a Qualifying Transaction.
To enter the prize draw, individuals must then, during the Promotional Period, visit www.abbottrewards.com.au/realmadrid, follow the prompts to the competition entry page; and fully complete and submit the online entry form with
their personal details and email address, select their preferred sized jersey (adult or child sized) and upload a photo of their purchase receipt for
their Qualifying Transaction.
Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt for the Qualifying Transaction as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase
when requested, may, in the absolute discretion of the Sponsor, result in invalidation of the entrant’s entry. The purchase receipt must clearly
identify the outlet of purchase, the product purchased (which must be an Eligible Product) and the date of purchase (which must be during the
Promotional Period and prior to the online entry).
The Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of
residence and proof of purchase for their Qualifying Transaction) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the
Sponsor has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other
improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition.
One (1) valid entry per Qualifying Transaction is permitted.
The prize draws will take place at [12:00pm] AEDT on 6 December 2024 ("Draw Date") at Tactics Marketing Support at 9/89 Darley St, Mona Vale, NSW
2103.
The winners will be randomly selected using an electronic random draw generator, a method that is deemed by the Sponsor as fair and just for all
entrants, and will be conducted by Tactics Marketing Support at 9/89 Darley St, Mona Vale, NSW 2103 using approved generator 13/1392.
The first 3 valid entries drawn from the total pool of entrants ("Prize Draw 1") will each win one signed official Real Madrid Jersey (actual prizes
may differ slightly from those shown) valued at $160 ("Major Prize Winners").
The three Major Prize Winners will then be removed from the total pool of entrants and placed into two further pools and two separate draws will be
conducted from the remaining pool of entrants for a chance to win either 1 of 250 adult sized official (non-signed) Real Madrid Jersey valued at $160
("Prize Draw 2") or 1 of 250 children sized official (non-signed) Real Madrid Jerseys valued at $160 ("Prize Draw 3").
Entries from the remaining pool of entrants who selected "adult sized" jersey on their entry form will go into the pool for Prize Draw 2, and entries
from entrants who selected "child sized" will go into the pool for Prize Draw 3.
The first 250 valid entries drawn from Prize Draw 2 will each win one (1) adult sized official (non-signed) Real Madrid Jersey valued at $160.
The first 250 valid entries drawn from Prize Draw 3 will each win one (1) child sized official (non-signed) Real Madrid Jersey valued at $160.
The selected winners will be notified in writing via the email address they provided in their competition entry form. Notification will be made within
seven (7) days of the Draw Date and the winners will be published at www.abbottrewards.com.au/realmadrid by 13 December 2024. To claim their prize winners must confirm acceptance and supply their address for
delivery of their prize within three (3) months of receipt of the notification. If a winner does not claim their prize within three (3) months of the
notification, that winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Sponsor will conduct a re-draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotional
Period at [12.00pm] AEDT on 13 March 2025 ("Re-draw Date") at Tactics Marketing Support at 9/89 Darley St, Mona Vale, NSW 2103.
Any personal details provided as part of the entry process will be processed in accordance with Abbott Laboratories Australasia privacy policy

The decision of Sponsor is final and binding in all matters. In the event the winner does not claim the prize, or the winner or their entry is
determined by the Sponsor to be ineligible or the winner does not comply with these terms and conditions, their prize will be forfeited.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the competition for any reason in its sole and absolute discretion, including if
fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the competition. In such event, Sponsor
reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.
