1. The “Promoter” of this prize draw is BEAUTY BAY Limited of Level 12, 5 Exchange Quay, Manchester, M5 3EF. We’ll use BEAUTY BAY throughout these
Terms and Conditions.
2. The prize draw is open worldwide[A1] [A2] only to people aged 16 years[A3] or over, except employees of BEAUTY BAY, their families, agents, or
any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
3. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Where the Promoter reasonably discovers multiple entries made by the same person
from various email, social media or other accounts or from the same IP address they will not be valid.
4. All entries must be submitted via Instagram or TikTok. When entering the competition via Instagram you must:

6. The opening date for entries is 7 pm on 26/10/2024. The closing date of the prize draw is 7pm on 09/11/2024. Entries received after this time will
not be valid.
7. BEAUTY BAY accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or
software failure, satellite, network, platform, or server failure of any kind.
8. The winners will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person.
9. The winners will receive:

10. The winner will be notified by Instagram or TikTok DM with direction to a provided email to take relevant information. The winner will need to
provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by BEAUTY BAY, then the
winner’s prize will be forfeited and BEAUTY BAY will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above[A11] .
11. The prize will be arranged with the winner within 30 days of being notified of their win.
12. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
13. The prize is supplied by BEAUTY BAY. BEAUTY BAY reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if
circumstances beyond our control makes it necessary to do so.
14. The decision of BEAUTY BAY regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
15. Subject to the winner’s preferences, the winner’s surname and county can be obtained by sending an email to competitions@beautybay.com within 2
days after the date of the closing date of the prize draw[A14] . Subject to any consents you give in line with points 19 and 20 below, if you are the
winner and object to your surname and county being made available, please notify BEAUTY BAY upon being notified that you are a winner. In such
circumstances, BEAUTY BAY must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
16. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry. BEAUTY BAY reserves the right to refuse
entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.
17. BEAUTY BAY reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend[A15] the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
18. Insofar as is permitted by law, BEAUTY BAY, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the
winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused
by the negligence of BEAUTY BAY, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
19. The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity related to the prize draw. No recompense will be provided.
20. If an entry involves creating any content including but not limited to an image, social media output or post (“Content”) the entrant will own the
copyright but agrees that we may use (including reasonably modifying or editing) and repost the Content, without compensation, on our BEAUTY BAY
social media accounts, website, app or within other marketing materials or media on a royalty free basis and without notice as part of the prize draw
promotion and afterwards (including at the Promoter’s discretion tagging the entrant or winner’s account). The entrant waives all moral rights under
the Copyrights, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Third parties may be able to repost this content in line with the relevant social media platform’s
T&Cs. Any Content submitted must be the entrant’s own and not breach anyone else’s third party intellectual property rights. Although an entrant
may have submitted content, the winner is still chosen in line with point 8 above.
21. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third-party suppliers including the Supplier (where relevant) only
insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.
22. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
