The same thing happened to me with the Woolies comp. I contacted them and they manually entered for me. Luckily I was able to enter the Coles comp without the same thing happening.

This type of comp needs to be banned, or at the very least it needs to be clearly specified in the comp details.
It's such a dishonest way to run a comp!
