Entry is open to individuals from all countries worldwide
One (1) Entrant with a valid Entry who is
randomly chosen (in accordance with the rules
of the competition) will win a travel package up
to the value of $15,000AUD. The prize includes
two (2) tickets to MXGP Australia in September
2025, 7 nights’ accommodation room for two
people sharing one room and various tourist
activities (4 nights at Hilton Darwin, 2 nights at
Ayers Rock Resort, 1 night at Hilton Alice
Springs, or similar). The prize does not include
any return flights to Darwin, meals, local
transportation, personal expenses, or any other
incidental costs incurred during the trip. The
winner will be responsible for any expenses not
explicitly included in the prize description.
17. The total indicative value of the Major Prize is
$15,000AUD.
18. Subject to clause 13, the Winner will be notified
in writing via email within 7 days of the Draw
Time and must respond within 14 days of
notification. Failure to respond within this period
may result in forfeiture of the prize, and the
Promoter reserves the right to select an
alternative winner. The Promoter's decision is
final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If for any reason the winner does not accept the
prize by 11:59pm ACST 30 November 2024 the
prize will be forfeited and cash will not be
awarded in lieu. The winner agrees to confirm
dates for all travel accommodation and
excursions by 31 January 2025.
19. If the Winner does not claim the prize by the
deadline specified in clause 16, the prize will be
forfeited and the Winner will be notified in writing
within 7 days. The Promoter may in its
discretion, redraw the prize and if it elects to do
so it will redraw the prize at 11:59 pm Australian
Eastern Standard Time on 1 December 2024
(Redraw Time) at the office of the Promoter
Level 2, 16 Bennett St, Darwin City. The Redraw
Winners details (last name, first initial and
postcode) will be published on the Promoter’s
website within 30 days of the Redraw Time.
10. The Promoter will select the Winners at 11:59
pm Australian Eastern Standard Time on 5
November 2024 (Draw Time) at the office of the
Promoter Level 2, 16 Bennett St, Darwin City.
The Winners details (last name, first initial and
postcode) will be published on the Promoter’s
website within 30 days of the Draw Time.
11. This Promotion is a game of chance and each
entrant has an equal chance of winning the
Major Prize.
