Daylight-Saving Time (“AEDT”)] and ends on 30 November 2024 at 11:59:59 pm HST (1 December 2024 at 8:59 pm AEDT) (the "Promotion Period").

1. Eligibility: The Explore Hawaii The Navigate Your Own Adventure Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes” or the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the 50
U.S./D.C.; all states and territories (excluding South Australia) within Australia; South Korea; Japan; and New Zealand (“Eligibility Areas”, each an
“Eligibility Area”), who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors
of Hawaiian Airlines, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. ("Administrator"), Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures (“Disney”), and any of
their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, mandataries, representatives, agents, consultants, contractors, legal counsel,
advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, web site providers, web masters, and members of their immediate
families (spouses, ex-spouses, de-factor spouses, parents or step-parents, grandparents or step-grandparents, siblings or step-siblings, children or
step-children (whether natural or by adoption), uncle, aunt, niece, nephew or first cousin, regardless of where they live, and those living in the
same household with them (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter the Promotion. The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and
regulations and is void outside the Eligibility Areas and where prohibited. Participation constitutes Entrant’s (defined below) full and unconditional
agreement to these official rules (“Official Rules”) and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion,
subject to consultation with the relevant legislative authorities.

3. How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes and receive one (1) entry (the “Entry”) into the random drawing, as described in rule 4, during the
Promotion Period, you must visit www.hawaiianairlines.com/moana2 (the “Site”) to complete the registration form by following the on-screen instructions.
Information required in the registration form includes the name, email, country and postcode of each Entrant.
Limit one (1) Entry per person throughout the Promotion Period. If more than one Entry per person is received during the Promotion Period, only the
first Entry will be valid, and later Entries will be invalid and therefore will not enter into the random drawing.
The person registering will be deemed the entrant (the “Entrant”). In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the authorized account
holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the Entrant. “Authorized account holder” of an email address is defined as the natural
person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business,
educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
Any Entry not in compliance with these Official Rules may be disqualified as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entrants are subject to
disqualification, if Sponsor or Administrator discovers that multiple email addresses are used by the same person to submit multiple Entries.
As applicable, normal Internet/phone access and usage/data charges imposed by Entrants’ online/mobile service will apply and are payable by the
Entrant.
Entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method are ineligible and would be disqualified.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual and/or Entries using such methods.
By entering this Sweepstakes, Entrants hereby authorize Sponsor and/or Administrator to use Entrants’ email addresses or other contact information,
and the Entrants’ HawaiianMiles account number solely for the purpose of delivering the Prize (see more details on this below).
4. Sweepstakes Random Drawings: At 9:00 a.m. HST on 5 December 2024 (6:00 a.m. AEDT on 6 December 2024), five (5) winners [one (1) per Eligibility
Area] will be selected in random drawings before an independent scrutineer via www.randomdraws.com/au/Opens external link to page that may not meet accessibility guidelines. The drawings will be randomly selected from all
eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period per each Eligibility Area. The drawings will be conducted by the Administrator (at their
offices in Melville, NY USA), an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the drawings. Odds of winning
depend upon the number of eligible Entries received per each Eligibility Area during the Promotion Period.
5. Winner Publication, Notification and Prize Claims: Within 30 days of the drawing, the names and postcodes of winners for Australia, New Zealand,
and the U.S. will be published on the Site for 28 days. The names of winners will also be published in the newspaper the Australian.
Within 7 days of the drawing, all potential winners will be notified directly by email. The potential winners will be sent via email a Declaration of
Compliance, Liability & Publicity Release (where legal) (“Declaration”).
In order to claim his/her/their Prize, each potential winner will be required to provide the following via email within fourteen (14) days of being
notified:
the completed and signed Declaration; and
the account name of his/her/their HawaiianMiles Account.
With respect to (b) above, as the Sponsor will deposit the Prize (defined below) directly into each winner’s HawaiianMiles account, each potential
winner must establish a Hawaiian Airlines HawaiianMiles account (if he or she does not already have such an account). HawaiianMiles accounts are free
to open, and the account and use of the HawaiianMiles are subject to the program’s terms and conditions: www.HawaiianAirlines.com/legal/hawaiianmiles-terms-and-condi... The Prize shall be used and will expire pursuant to Hawaiian Airlines’ program
terms and conditions, which are subject to change from time to time and these changes would be published on Hawaiian Airlines’ website.
If any potential winner fails to return the Declaration and/or the HawaiianMiles Account details within the required fourteen (14) day time period
(“Claim Period"), or any prize notification email is returned undeliverable, or in the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason,
Sponsor will award the applicable Prize to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received by the
end of the Promotion Period for that Eligibility Area. That re-draw will take place within seven (7) days following the end of the Claim Period. The
winner will be selected in a random drawing before an independent scrutineer via www.randomdraws.com/au/. The re-draw will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all
matters relating to the drawing.
Potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor and/or Administrator, whose decisions are final and BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE
SWEEPSTAKES. A potential winner cannot claim the Prize unless and until the winner's eligibility has been verified and winner has been notified that
verification is complete.
The list of winners will be available within seven (7) days of the determination of the winners, if requested. Such request can be made by sending an
email to: Winners@dja.com with “WINNERS” and “Navigate Your Own Adventure Sweepstakes” as the subject line.
6. Prize: Five (5) winners [one (1) winner from each Eligibility Area] will each receive 500,000 HawaiianMiles (conditions apply) (“Prize”). The
approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is USD $12,500 (AUD $18,832, subject to currency fluctuation) (excluding any taxes or fees). The Prize
will be deposited directly into each winner’s HawaiianMiles account within 28 days after the drawing.
Conditions Apply: Limit one (1) Prize per person. Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash. Winners are responsible
for any loss of Prize after it has been delivered. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Prize.
Any and all applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of Prize not specifically
stated herein are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. Prize winners from the USA will be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual value of the
Prize.
7. General Conditions: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part
of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the
Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
In the event of cancellation, any remaining Prizes will be awarded via random drawing from among all eligible Entries received per Eligibility Area
prior to cancellation (where possible). Sponsor, Administrator, and their agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen or
misdirected Entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone
transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other
errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Sponsor's or Administrator's failure to enforce any term of
these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR UNDERMINE THE
LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO
PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to
disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, and/or the legitimate operation of the Promotion;
to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other
person. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion (subject to approval from the
relevant regulators), void any suspect Entries and (a) modify the Promotion or suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the
Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (b) cancel the Promotion and award the remaining Prizes via
random drawing from among all eligible Entries received per Eligibility Area prior to cancellation.
8. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in this Promotion, Entrants agree that Sponsor, Administrator, Disney, and each of their
respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations,
promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers, web masters, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives
and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") are not responsible for, and Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties
against, any claim or cause of action arising out of Entrants’ participation in this Promotion or receipt or use of any information, including but not
limited to: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming
associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions,

By participating in this Promotion, unless prohibited by law, Entrants agrees to waive any right to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official

IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF THE PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION OR IN ANY
PROMOTION RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED PARTIES

States District Court for the District of Hawaii in the U.S. or the appropriate state court located in Hawaii, U.S., provided that any and all
disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the intellectual property of Disney, shall be resolved individually, without
resort to any form of class action, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California and in the event of any
dispute, all entrants irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles, California to resolve such
disputes; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with
entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant
hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket
expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Except as it relates to any and all disputes, claims and causes of
action arising out of or connected with the intellectual property of Disney, which dispute resolution is set forth directly above, all issues and
questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the
Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Hawaii in the
U.S., without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Hawaii, the U.S. or any other jurisdiction), which
would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Hawaii in the U.S.
11. Conflicts; Severability: In the event of any conflict with any Promotion details contained in these Official Rules and Promotion details contained
in any other promotion materials (including but not limited to point of sale, television, radio and print advertising, promotional packaging, and
other promotion media), the details of the Promotion as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail. The invalidity or unenforceability of any
provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is
determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed as if the
invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

you live may require the Sponsor to delete your personal data upon written request from you, which the Sponsor will be bound to honor. However, you
will be disqualified if your personal data is withdrawn or deleted prior to the determination of the Prize winner(s) and fulfillment of the Prize(s).
This is not a penalty – it is recognition that in doing so the Sponsor’s and/or Administrator’s ability to administer the Sweepstakes is removed as to
a person withdrawing their permission for Sponsor and/or Administrator to use their personal data or asking that their personal data be deleted prior
to the determination of the Prize winner(s) and fulfillment of the Prize(s). Entrants’ data (such as that required to enter the Sweepstakes) will be
transferred to recipients in the U.S. This will not affect an Entrant's ability to unsubscribe from Sponsor's marketing emails, which can be done at
any time.
