TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Eligibility: This promotion (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to anyone 13 years or older who registers through the official online entry page. Employees of
Huxbaby Pty Ltd. (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate families or household
members are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where
prohibited.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, entrants agree to be fully bound by these rules and confirm they meet eligibility requirements. Participants
accept the Sponsor's decisions as final regarding all aspects of the Sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes Period: The promotion begins on Wednesday 30th of October and ends on Sunday 10th of November at at 11:00 PM (GMT+10:00 Melbourne). All
entries must be submitted within this period to qualify.
How to Enter: To enter, complete the form on the Sweepstakes page, follow @huxbaby on Instagram, and tag a friend on the competition post. Only one
entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries using various accounts, devices, or email addresses will result in disqualification. Incomplete or
non-compliant entries may be rejected at the Sponsor's discretion.
Prizes:
Days 1-11: One (1) Huxbear will be awarded each day.
Day 12: One (1) $200 AUD Huxbaby voucher.
Total approximate retail value (ARV) of all prizes: $750 AUD. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash, unless determined by the
Sponsor. Winners are responsible for any taxes or related expenses.
Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
Winner Selection and Notification:
Daily winners will be chosen through random drawings conducted under the Sponsor’s supervision.
Winners will be notified via Huxbaby’s social media and email provided during entry within 5 days of selection.
If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within 15 days, refuses to pay custom or import taxes, or does not meet the eligibility
criteria, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Use of Entrants’ Rights: By entering, participants grant Huxbaby Pty Ltd. and its partners permission to use their names, likenesses, and submitted
entries for marketing purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Sweepstakes Changes: The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if unforeseen issues affect its integrity. The
Sponsor may also disqualify participants who attempt to manipulate the process or use fraudulent means to enter.
Liability Release: By entering, participants release Huxbaby Pty Ltd. from any liability, including injury, loss, or damages related to participation
or prize acceptance. This includes technical issues beyond the Sponsor’s control.
Disputes: This promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved
individually through the courts of Victoria, without class action.
Privacy: By entering, participants agree to the Huxbaby Pty Ltd. Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at: Privacy Policy.
Winner List: Winners will be notified via email and announced daily on social media.
