TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prize Details
There will be five (5) prize winners in total. The five (5) prize winners will receive one (1) x Beacon Lighting lamp of their choice as seen on The
Block 2024, up to the value of $499 RRP. The products will be valued at full RRP, even if Beacon Lighting is on sale at the time of selection.
Each winner may choose one (1) lamp of either:
Denver 2 Light Table Lamp in Bronze with Ribbed Sepia Glass
Fora 1 Light Table Lamp in Stone with Natural Linen Shade
Made By Mayfair Cassini 1 Light Table Lamp in Brown Marble with Natural Linen Shade
Maya 1 Light Table Lamp in Bronze, 2 Pack, with USB
Santonio 2 Light Table Lamp in Rust with Natural Linen Shade
There can be no refunds or returns whatsoever on the selected items, other than for goods under our usual Returns Policy.
Products selected must be current in-stock items, no special orders accepted.
Competition date
The competition starts November 7th 2024 and finishes November 13th, 2024.
How to enter
Enter via the WOOBOX online form from The Block Shop. At the competition page, enter your email address and accept the terms and conditions of entry.
Specific details required may vary and may include (but are not limited to) first name, last name, and email address.
This is a game of chance and the winners will be selected at random. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final
and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
Terms & Conditions
• Entry is open to all residents of Australia, 18 years of age. However, employees and the immediate family members of the Promoter, the Sponsor and
their associated agencies, trade and companies, or any organisation or individual associated with the provision of the prize(s) are not eligible to
enter the Competition. Entrants must be residing in Australia at the time of entry, or their entry may be deemed invalid.
• One online entry per person.
• Beacon Lighting are entitled to use any of the entries submitted in any manner and for any purpose at their absolute discretion, including
promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant.
• Entrants must not submit an entry that could be considered offensive, insensitive, defamatory, or racist. Any entry which the judges, at their
discretion, deem inappropriate will be invalid. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Beacon Lighting for any loss or damage suffered in connection with
this clause.
• Beacon Lighting reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of
residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with
the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by Beacon Lighting to enforce any of its rights at any
stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
• Prizes must be used by the winner, they can-not be transferred in any way.
• No part of the prize can be redeemed for cash in any way
• The winner of the competition will be drawn on November 14th 2024 and contacted direct via the provided email.
• It is the responsibility of the entrants to check to see they are a winner and or answer the email.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.
• Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are not included. These are the responsibility of the Winner; an example would be additional
freight and labor costs.
• Demolition, construction, and installation is not included in the prize.
• If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, Beacon Lighting reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value,
subject to any directions given under State Regulation.
• If the Major Prize Winner does not provide proof of meeting the age restriction and other valid
entry requirements, to the reasonable satisfaction of Beacon Lighting, the Prize will be forfeited in full, and the Major Prize Winner will have no
further claim. A re-judge will be held to award the Prize to a valid entrant.
