“WIN AN MG3 CORE FOR CHRISTMAS 2024” PROMOTION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation
in this “Win An MG3 Core For Christmas 2024” promotion (Promotion) is deemed acceptance
of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promoter is Port Adelaide Plaza Pty Ltd ACN 0554 204 90 care of Centre Management,
Port Adelaide PlazaTM shopping centre, 220 Commercial Road, Port Adelaide SA 5015
(Promoter). Port Adelaide PlazaTM is proudly owned and managed by Precision Group.
ELIGIBILITY
3. Entry is only open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years and over.
4. The following are ineligible:
(i) employees of the Promoter or any of the tenants or retailers in Port Adelaide PlazaTM
shopping centre or any of the Promoter’s agencies that are associated with the Promotion;
(ii) the spouse, defacto spouse, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, child or
step-child (whether natural or by adoption), uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, sibling, step-sibling
or first cousin of an ineligible employee in (i).
PROMOTION PERIOD
5. The Promotion commences at 7:30am ACDT on Friday 1 November 2024 and ends at
11.59pm ACDT on Monday 23 December 2024 (Promotion Period). All times throughout the
Terms and Conditions will be based on Adelaide local time unless otherwise advised.
HOW TO ENTER
6. To be eligible to enter, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion Period, spend $20 or more
in a single transaction (each a Qualifying Transaction) at any store within Port Adelaide Plaza.
It is the entrants responsibility to request a receipt from the store if they are not provided a
receipt at the time of completing a Qualifying Transaction.
7. To enter, entrants must then, during the Promotion Period visit portadelaideplaza.com.au and
follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page, fully and correctly complete their entry in
accordance with the instructions provided (including uploading a copy of their original
receipt for $20 or more) and submit the fully completed entry form.
7A. During the limited period commencing at 7.30am ACDT on Thursday 14 November 2024 and
ending at 5.00pm ACDT on Sunday 17 November 2024, eligible individuals who make a
Qualifying Transaction and submit their fully completed entry form during that limited period will
receive two (2) entries for each Qualifying Transaction made within that limited period.
8. Entrants must retain their original receipt from each Qualifying Transaction, as proof of purchase
will be required to validate the winning entry. Failure to produce proof of purchase for all entries
when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of
an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to the prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly
specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period
but prior to entry.
INVALID RECEIPTS
9. The following receipts are not valid receipts for the purpose of the Promotion:
(a) receipt(s) from Port Plaza Lotto (b) receipt(s) for lottery tickets, mobile phone recharge cards,
tobacco and tobacco related product purchases; (c) receipts recording Layby payments except
where a Layby is finalised and payment completed during the Promotion Period; (d) receipts
recording redemption of gift card purchases, store credit, refunds and exchanges; (e) ATM or
EFTPOS receipts; (f) credit card or bank statements; and (g) receipts that the Promoter has
reasonably determined to have been tampered with or have been obtained fraudulently or are
a reprint of the original receipts. The same purchase receipt can only be submitted once in the
Promotion.
LIMITS ON ENTRY
10. Multiple entries are permitted per person, subject to the following:
(a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction (except during the period set out in
clause 7A above when two (2) entries are permitted per Qualifying Transaction);
(b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and
(c) dishonest repetitive entries will be deemed invalid.
DRAW DETAILS
11. The draw will take place at Port Adelaide PlazaTM shopping centre, 220 Commercial Road,
Port Adelaide, SA 5015, at 10.00am ACDT on Tuesday 24 December 2024. The Promoter
reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries in case of an invalid entry or invalid entrant.
12. The provisional winner will be notified by telephone and in writing within two (2) business days
of the draw. A provisional winner will only be deemed the winner once verified by the Promoter.
13. The winner’s last name, first initial and postcode will be published on the Promoter’s website on
24 December 2024 (portadelaideplaza.com.au).
14. Entrants can only enter in their own name and use their own email address. The Promoter
reserves the right to request a provisional winner provide proof of identity, proof of residency,
and/or proof of entry validity. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for
verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and
check the authenticity of any prize claim or entry before awarding the prize.
PRIZES
15. The first valid entry randomly selected from all valid entries received will win an MG3 CORE
1.5L 4Spd Auto Hatchback MY24 Model: MG34ATCORE24, in Dover White, valued at
approximately $19,990 inclusive of GST, Compulsory Third-Party Insurance, Registration,
Alpha Numeric Plate Fee, Dealer Delivery, and Stamp Duty.
16. The winner must collect their prize from Port Adelaide PlazaTM shopping centre, 220 Commercial
Road, Port Adelaide, SA 5015 by Friday 17 January 2025.
17. The winner shall be responsible for the cost of delivery of the prize should they reside outside
South Australia.
18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for tax implications that may arise from the prize. The
winner should seek independent financial advice.
19. The ongoing maintenance of the prize will be the responsibility of the prize winner, including
without limitation additional insurance, options, petrol and all other ancillary costs.
20. If the winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the car in their own
name, then the winner may assign the car to another person (who consents to such assignment)
with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any
such arrangement between the winner and the assignee. The winner must provide the Promoter
with certified copies of all required documentation as required by the Promoter before the car is
awarded. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (or a representative of the winner)
may be required to sign a legal release in a form to be determined by the Promoter in its
discretion.
