Instagram question about 'stories'

When an Instagram comp says, "Winner will be announced on our story", where should I look to find the announcement.

Sorry if it's a ignorant question, but I really don't use Instagram other than to enter a few comps each day.

Thank you so much bingo. I can't believe I've been entering comps on Instagram for years and never knew this! I just relied on someone posting the winner. I just used your instructions and found the Tarocash winners. Not me, but at least I now know how to check in future. :)

Basically, if you go to page of the Instagram account you want to check for stories, then click on their profile picture, and it comes up with their 'stories' for the last 24 hours.

For me, I was trying to see the winners of the Tarocash comp, which was only going to be posted to their Stories. Thanks to bingo, I have now found it.

I've always wondered the same thing and have spent hours searching through every post since the draw date.

So thank you Smiley for the explanation, just wish they would all announce the winner on the comp page.
