To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any Yoplait product (“Eligible Product”) from the Yoplait range (being Yoplait, Petit Miam and YOP)
from any retailer nationally (including online) during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).
To enter, individuals must then:
- visit www.yoplaittowin.com.au (Promotion Web Address) (or scan the QR code on-pack)
- follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page and input the requested details including full name, mobile number and email address;
- upload a copy of their purchase receipt clearly showing where the Qualifying Transaction was made, the Eligible Product purchased and the date of
purchase (which must be during the Promotion Period but before submitting an entry); and then
- submit the fully completed entry form via the Promotion Web Address during the Promotion Period.
Upon submitting a valid entry in accordance with the above, each entrant will be notified instantly online whether or not they are an instant winner.
If an entrant is an instant winner, they will also be notified with details on how to verify their entry and claim their instant prize. All valid
entries received (regardless of whether the entry wins an instant prize) will be automatically placed in the major draw.
LIMIT ON ENTRIES

I just quickly read through the 3 sets of T&C.
It appears that there's only the one major prize draw of $10k. This prize is only mentioned in the National T&C and not the Coles or Woolworths.
The Coles T&C only mention instant wins of $100 Coles egift cards, and the Woolworths T&C only mention instant wins of HIPPO BLUE personalised
lunch bags worth $30 but they're giving away 3 of them each hour. Keep in mind these are all Instant wins.

Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on individual entrants’ internet service

Entries must be received during the Promotion Period and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Entries will not be accepted in any
other way or form or at any other time. Your entry is deemed to have been received when we receive it (not when you send it). Incomplete and
ineligible entries will be deemed invalid. We’ll also invalidate any entry which (in our opinion) breaches these Terms & Conditions of Entry or
any other content guidelines published by us as part of the entry process for the Promotion. Once submitted, you cannot alter or delete your entry.
PROOF OF PURCHASE Entrants must retain a copy of their Eligible Purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. An entrant’s failure to
produce the proof of purchase for any entry when requested may, in the Promoter’s absolute discretion, result in invalidation of ALL the entrant’s
entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the Eligible Product purchased, name of store in which the
Eligible Product was purchased and date of purchase.
LIMIT ON ENTRIES Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction regardless of the
number of Eligible Products purchased in the Qualifying Transaction; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry

MAJOR DRAW & PRIZE The major draw will take place at 11:00am AEDST on 10/03/2025 at Greeneagle Handling and fulfillment, 5/9 Fitzpatrick St,
Revesby NSW 2212. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
The winner will be notified in writing by email (and phone if required) within seven (7) days of the draw and their name (first initial, surname and
postcode) will be published online at yoplaittowin.com.au on 13/03/2025.
The first valid entry drawn in the major draw will win $10,000. Prize will be awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer (EFT). The winner is
responsible for providing full and accurate bank details. The Promoter will not be responsible for the winner providing incorrect details, a banking
institution rejecting an EFT payment, or any costs associated with locating any lost monies.
If the winner of the major draw is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s
behalf.
As a condition of accepting the major draw prize, the winner must sign all legal documentation in such form the Promoter and/or prize suppliers may
require in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form. If the winner is under the age of 18, a
nominated parent/legal guardian of the winner will be required to sign the legal documentation required under this clause on the winner’s behalf.
INSTANT PRIZES Each hour of each day during the Promotion Period, one (1) “winning time” will be randomly selected. This equates to a total of 1,368
"winning times" during the Promotion Period.
Every hour of each day during the Promotion Period, a “winning time” will be selected by a computerised random system at Unit 5, 9 Fitzpatrick Street
Revesby NSW 2212 (“Selected Winning Time”). The first valid entry received at the “Selected Winning Time” will win an Instant Prize. If no valid
entry is received at a Selected Winning Time, no prize will be awarded in respect of that Selected Winning Time. To clarify, an hour runs from the
start of an hour to 59 minutes and 59 seconds past the hour (inclusive), e.g., 12:00:00pm - 12.59:59pm.
A maximum of one (1) Instant Prize will be awarded in respect of each Selected Winning Time. If, at any Selected Winning Time, no valid entry is
received, there will be no corresponding Instant Prize awarded at that Selected Winning Time.
Instant prizes available to be won during the Promotion Period consist of up to 1,368 x $100 Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard® (each an “Instant
Prize”).
If any ACT or SA entrants win an Instant Prize, their names (first initial, surname and postcode) will be published online at the Promotion Web
Address on 13/03/2025.
PRIZE CONDITIONS Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of consideration, unless otherwise
advised. The value of each prize is accurate as at the time of preparation of these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
We accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize after that date. If a prize is unavailable for any reason, we may substitute it
for another item of equal or higher value, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority.
If a winner does not take an element of a prize by the time stipulated by us, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and
neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize.
We accept no other liability or responsibility for any loss incurred by a winner or any other party if any prize (or any part of a prize) is
unavailable for any reason.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard are not included. The digital Vault Pays-enabled
Prepaid Mastercard must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of the Digital Vault Pays-enabled
Mastercard any unused balance will be forfeited. Eligible Customers will not receive notice prior to expiry. Card expiry and balance can be found on
your mobile device in the Vault Payments app. The digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard is issued by EML Payment Solutions Limited (ABN 30 131

PRIZE POOL The total prize pool is up to $146,800. Any costs not expressly included in the prize description are the responsibility of the winner.
CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE To claim your prize, you must follow the instructions set out in the notification message we send to you telling you that you’re a
winner. This includes providing verification information regarding your entry, upon our request. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you. But
if you’ve not claimed your prize by the prize claim date specified below, or we determine that your entry does not comply with these Terms &
Conditions of Entry, then your entry will be declared invalid, and we may award the prize to the next complete and eligible entry drawn (where
relevant).
If a prize winner complies with these Terms & Conditions of Entry, and we verify and accept the entry in accordance with these Terms &
Conditions of Entry, we will deliver the prize within 28 days of the winning entry being verified.
UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW Prizes must be claimed by 11:59pm 23/04/2025 AEDT. If you are a prize winner and don’t accept or claim your prize by this date,
then your entry will be deemed invalid.
A draw for the major draw prize or any Instant Prize that is won but remains unclaimed will take place on 24/04/2025 at the same time and place as the
original major draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified in writing within seven (7) days. The
unclaimed major draw prize winner and/or ACT or SA winners of an Instant Prize, will have their names (first initial, surname and postcode) published
online at the Promotion Web Address on 01/05/2025.
GENERAL
All entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of
residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of
these Terms and Conditions of Entry, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise
fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of
its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such

The Promoter further reserves the right to invalidate entries where multiple entries have been submitted using the same receipt or receipt number,
where the same receipt or receipt number is used by multiple entrants, or where entrants submit multiple entries with slight variations in email
addresses or other details. Any attempt to jeopardise the Promotion’s integrity will, in the Promoter’s absolute discretion, render all relevant
suspicious and/or questionable entries invalid. If the Promoter suspects that there has been any sharing of receipts or manufacturing fake/duplicate
receipts, for the purposes of submitting multiple invalid entries, the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate those entries without further notice
to entrants.
We accept no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly
submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering,
deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. We have no control over telephone communications,

If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion does not or is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus,
network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond our control which corrupts or affects the
administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, then we may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or
invalidate any affected entries (subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority).
Our decisions in connection with the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions of Entry, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will
be honoured. Instant win game materials that are stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way will be void.
We and our associated agencies and companies, and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion, will not be liable for any loss
(including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is
suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a prize, except
for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).
We and our associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of prizes.
We may, in our absolute discretion, prohibit an entrant’s participation in this Promotion, cancel or suspend a prize, or otherwise cease to provide
any prize to a winner, if the entrant or winner is (in our opinion) under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves aggressively or disruptively, or

the operation of this Promotion results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, you agree to follow the Australian

With these sort of comps (very little chance of having an instant win) I am really just trying to get as many entries as I can in the major draw for
the ten grand
And as they are on special at Coles for 85cents at the moment (and only just over $1 normally) I'm kind of just going for it
I think I'm about 50/50 with other things that allow multiple entries, as to having wins from one entry or several
Except for IGA exclusive comps though, I have discovered, for some reason I've only won those when I have only enter once or twice and but (with the
one exception of the Mars bars ones) I've not had an instant win from entering a lot
As for winning Chemist Warehouse competitions, regardless of how many entries I had in one of their comps
