Does anyone know the contact details for Cadbury regarding this comp?

I've clicked on Contact us on the game and nothing comes up. I also clicked contact us in the t&cs and nothing comes up both on phone and laptop.

Forgot to mention that I won a $100 prize and they sent a text saying that I had won and click a link below to claim but no link lol
Did that happen to any of you?
I wonder if it's my phone?

@Belle13 - the same thing happened to me - I received a text saying that I had won and click a link below to claim but there was no link. But I also had a form come up on my phone with a claim form which I filled in and submitted when I won on Saturday. I haven't received my prize yet though...

@Belle13 - the form came up on my phone on my browser just after i played the game and it said I won. I think I may have pressed a 'Claim' button and it came up after that.

@traveller99 I got that too when I won. I selected claim, filled my details and then I got that congratulation text confirming I won and to click the link etc but no link to click, did that happen to you?

Is anyone getting a message that says you ran out of time

I topped the leaders score on the scoreboard but it said ran out of time on two tries now, I guess that means you didn't win....

I was finally able to enter on Sunday and won a gift card. I entered my details on the pop up on the screen. There was no link in the text message that I received. I still haven’t received gift card. Hopefully soon!

Has anyone actually seen the terms and conditions for this competition? Every time I click t & c's I get the terms of the website.
Also it's 1 entry per week, that may be why people are having trouble entering.
