Has anyone that got the ‘entry not valid’ and ‘you already entered’ messages, used the same receipt to enter again successfully?

This morning I got OOPS Your submission does not meet the requirements of the promotions terms & conditions all in capital letters!! Yes it does.

I tried to enter yesterday. Same thing, OOPS a your submission doesn't meet entry requirements. Etc. tried to enter again and got message I'd already
entered for the week! I don't even eat chocolate so I wont be purchasing any more unless any family members request Cadbury Easter chocolate. Usually
they don't as they prefer Haighs and koko black!

I have had a thought. For any of those that can't enter this year (including me) - did you have a win in this same comp last year?
I'm wondering if all those that were lucky enough to win last year (including me), are getting blocked from winning now.
Anyone want to prove me wrong? Would love to hear.

I won last year. This year I have entered 4 weeks in a row successfully and won on the 3rd and 4th entries. My 5th didn’t work and my husband has
tried twice unsuccessfully. |

Completely different problem, in that on the only entry that did go through I won, but received an email with saying click below for your card - with
no link, no card.
Have been trying to get hold of them for a couple of weeks |

I did not enter last year, neither did my husband.
I entered first time and won, entered second time and got blocked.
My husband has successfully entered twice and won both times.
My son entered and won on first try, blocked on second try.
My daughter tried to enter once and was blocked on her first try.
We always reduce the size of the receipts, so it’s not that.
We had no other items on the receipt, and the whole thing was clear, and visible.
Like I said before - there doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. |

I messaged them when I didn’t receive my card with the date and time I won, and they answered very quickly with the link to the card. |

Just tried.Fisrt it said my receipt from Coles did not meet requirements and then when I tried again it said I had already entered which I haven't as
they won't let me.Total BS!!
