OZ SMART Hiking Day Bundle Sweepstakes - Official Rules
No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who submit their email entry on the competition page and are 13 years of age or older at the time
of entry. Open to legal residents of Australia, New Zealand, and the United States, and is void where prohibited. Employees of OZ SMART CO PTY LTD,
its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members or individuals residing in the same household are not eligible. The
Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, entrants agree to be fully bound by these rules and meet the eligibility requirements. Participants accept all
decisions made by OZ SMART CO PTY LTD as final and binding regarding the Sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on February 04, 2025, Brisbane time and ending on February 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM
(GMT+10:00) Brisbane time.
How to Enter: To enter, submit an entry form on the competition page. Additional entries can be earned through social shares, social comments, and
referrals. Incomplete entries or those not meeting eligibility requirements may be disqualified at OZ SMART CO PTY LTD’s discretion. Entrants may only
enter once and must provide accurate information. Multiple entries using various identities, email addresses, or devices are prohibited. Fraudulent
entries or attempts to circumvent the rules will lead to disqualification.
Prizes: One (1) winner will receive an OZ SMART Hiking Day Bundle, including their choice of two (2) sun hats from the OZ Smart range and one (1)
backpack from the OZ Smart range. Approximate retail value is $150. The prize is non-transferable, with no cash equivalent, and cannot be substituted
except at the Sponsor's discretion. Any taxes or additional costs are the winner's responsibility. Acceptance of the prize grants OZ SMART CO PTY LTD
permission to use the winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection and Notification: A winner will be selected at random under the supervision of OZ SMART CO PTY LTD. The winner will be notified via
email within five (5) days of selection. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days, or does not return
required documents, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Rights Granted by Entrant: By entering, participants grant OZ SMART CO PTY LTD permission to use their entry and likeness for promotional,
advertising, and public relations purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Terms and Conditions: OZ SMART CO PTY LTD reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes if technical issues, fraud, or other
