Promotional Period
The Promotion starts at 12:01am AEDT on 3 February 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 2 May 2025.
Irrespective of the above, the Promotional Period will close immediately in the event that all of the Prizes have been exhausted, subject to any
written directions from relevant State or Territory authorities.
Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of all Australian states and territories who are over the age of 18 years (Eligible Participants).
Entry Method
a) For a chance to win an instant win Prize, Eligible Participants must first purchase a Cobber Eligible Product from a participating retailer in
a transaction during the Promotional Period and then complete the online entry form and upload proof of the purchase that clearly shows the Eligible
Product has been paid for in full, and was purchased from a participating retailer during the Promotional Period.

Maximum Entries Permitted
One entry per eligible proof of purchase. Multiple entries will be allowed per Eligible Participant. A separate online entry form must be
completed and a unique proof of purchase uploaded for each entry.

Ten (10) PetSafe Automatic Ball Launchers valued at A$276.80 each 500 Cobber soft plush toys valued at A$20.00 each
Each Prize value includes GST and is as at the date of drafting these terms.
Value of Prize Pool A$14,265 (including GST) as at the start of the Promotion.
Prize Winner Determinations
Entries will be sequentially numbered on receipt via the Website. Prizes will be allocated to entries that receive one of 513 predetermined,
randomly selected numbers. All instant win Prize Winners will be notified instantly on screen upon winning a Prize. The Prize for each of the 513
numbers has been predetermined by Ridley.
There will be a total of 513 prizes.
Conditions of Prize
Prizes are not transferable and cannot be converted to cash. By participating, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Conditions of Entry as
to how the Promotion is to be conducted.
Prize Winner Notifications
Prize Winners will be notified immediately on screen upon winning a prize. Any ineligible entries, such as those without a unique and eligible
proof of purchase, may be deemed invalid by Ridley and may lead to the forfeiture of the Prize at the sole discretion of Ridley.
Prize Delivery
Each Prize will be delivered to the Prize Winner’s home address provided at the time of entry by 30 May 2025.
Prize Winner Publication Details
The last name, initial letter of the first name and post code of the Prize Winners will be published online at 10:00am AEDT on 30 May 2025, unless
the Prize Winner has requested their details are not published.
Prize Claim Date and Unclaimed Prize Draw
If any Prizes have not been awarded by 3 May 2025, all non-winning entries will be included in a second chance prize draw for the Prizes that have
not yet been awarded. The second chance prize draw will be decided by a random prize draw at 10:00am AEST on 6 May 2025. Winner/s of the second chance
prize draw will be notified by email by 5:00pm AEST on 9 May 2025. Each Prize will be delivered to the Prize Winner’s home address provided at the
time of entry by 13 June 2025 and the last name, initial letter of the first name and post code of the second chance prize draw prize winners online
at 10:00am AEST on 3 June 2025. |
