What Information Do We Collect and How Is It Used?

Information Collected during Subscription

In the process of subscription by organisations or individuals, the following information may be required and used by us:

  • real name

Subscription will enable you to access our online forum with Premium membership. We use an approved Payment Gateway in conjunction with St George Bank. These external web sites may require the following information:

  • payment details, such as credit card or bank account details

We do not store nor transmit your credit card information.

Whilst we may use your subscription details to personalise your web experience, we will not make membership details available to external parties except as indicated in this Privacy Policy.

Links to Third Party Sites

Our IWS contains links to external websites. We encourage you to review the privacy and security policies of any externally linked websites that may be accessed through our IWS. We assume no responsibility or liability for the information, collection and disclosure practices of any sites that a user can access through our IWS. Please check the privacy policies of external websites before you submit any personal data to them.

We may use third-party advertisers to deliver advertisements to your web browser whilst you are viewing our IWS. We accept no responsibility for any information collected by third-party advertisers once you click on an advertisement and leave our IWS.

Except as specifically stated in this Privacy Policy, we will not share your personally identifiable information with any individual or organisation that is not associated with the Publisher.

Can I Change or Delete Information?

All forum members and newsletter subscribers have the right to access or update personal data that they have submitted through the IWS by updating their profile details in the case of forum members and newsletter subscribers can choose to unsubscribe from mailing lists by following the instructions on how to unsubscribe provided in all our newsletter communications.

Children's Online Privacy Protection

Our IWS is directed towards adult users. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. Children under the age of 13 should not use our IWS or submit information to us.
